I’m not sure how to rate this, I come here a lot on my break from work. I love the food, service has always been great, but this past Monday I found glass in my pizza.

[THERE WAS A RODANT] When we walked in there was not a clean table in the restaurant, food and garbage under every last table. I complained about it as we were ordering, the girl sent one of the workers out to clean, and he did such a half ass job, I went back up and told the same girl that she should come out and see what I was seeing that it was absolutely disgusting. She dismissed me saying yeah we were busy, and she never came out to look at what I was complaining about. Towards the end of my meal at approximately 8:47pm I went back up and ordered a drink, the real manager took that order and tried to hand me a gift certificate, I politely declined and expressed my concern about the the girl's lack of concern for cleanliness, as I was making this complaint, and I cannot make this up, I see a RODANT, BE IT A MOUSE, RAT, OR WHAT HAVE YOU, RUN OUT FROM UNDER THE LEFT SIDE OF THE PIZZA OVEN, AND RUN BACK UNDER IT, WHEN I GO TO SEE WHERE IT RAN TO I SEE A GIANT RODANT TRAP, SO THEY ARE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I WILL NEVER, GO BACK TO ANOTHER BLAZE PIZZA. They don't value their customers, and they don't value cleanliness.

First of all disgusting! An employee resting and sitting his bottom on the pizza work station! I walked right out after I seen how unsanitary that was. Secondly there are about 6 employees, only 1 actually working (very slowly). This is actually insane because I drove pretty far to get there and I love blaze pizza. There was no need of urgency for the 6 people in line they just stood around and took no ones orders.

Here for lunch… Only person in the restaurant… When I mentioned the icemaker doesn’t work the young man behind the counter says “yeah it’s been weird lately. “ I say, “that’s OK. But if there isn’t any ice, I’ll just not have the drink drink and get my money back. “ He goes back to the fire pit oven and 10 minutes later when I ask him about the ice, he says “yeah it’s been weird lately. “ Very odd service. Maybe it’s just the day and this particular staff. Food is pretty good though. Maybe a pick up order is the way to go.

Pizza is awesome here, but the staff was a little stand-off-ish. No “hi” or greetings, or “here you go” or “enjoy” when the food was ready. I thought it was just the first guy but both guys I interacted with were the same way. They did a great job on the pizza though.
Parking: Shared with other businesses in the area, not a ton of parking. It’s been hard to find spots at peak times

Constantly fails us, CONSTANTLY.
Sometimes you hit a gold mine and it’s the best pizza ever, most of the time it is actually disgustingly burnt or soggy or just not even your order.
Besides this, the employees are the same way as their pizza: the best or disgustingly soggy
Your experience will either be calm and easy or it will be the equivalent of purgatory
The short man with brown hair and unkept scruff and neck beard is awful at customer service AND using the oven and following instructions..which is what is needed for his entire job. He is lazy. We once stood at the register for 5 minutes after being told to wait for him to finish his task (labeling pizza papers for 3 pizzas) this for some reason took a long time and we kinda just…stood there. he didn’t make the pizzas he had just labeled until we had almost left, so I don’t really understand why we stood there.
My gf works across the street and her work orders all the time, it’s a shame they do this so frequently. This is a recent pizza from today.
