My wife would drag me here occasionally in the past, but now it’s the opposite. They remodeled and relaunched the cafe with real food instead of just microwaveable stuff. Secret menu item for a min was a Philly Cheese, so good! The regular menu stuff has healthy and hearty, and gluten free. They use the best GF bread around, local too. Staff always friendly and welcoming. Hidden gem unless your wife is a yogi.

I love this little café! The space is full of natural light—bright and peaceful at the same time. The best smoothie sellers are strawberry colada, sun berry and their green smoothie. I love the atmosphere and the service and browsing the cookbooks on my way up to give my order.

Although I haven't tried any of their food, their smoothies are so so good and the cafe itself is beautiful! I love stopping by and saying hi to the sweet employees as well. Not sure who is hiring them but they definitely picked the best of the best!

I used to LOVE this place. It was the one place being Celiac I could come too and feel safe. They have completely revamped the menu & now features gf and gluten options. No more gf pancakes. I miss the old place. The salad didn’t taste the same, it was a 2 out of 10 for me. In the past the food was always a 10 out of 10!!! I will not be coming back. I’m so sad too, I absolutely loved this place, not anymore. Sucks to be Celiac!

This place used to be a go to for us however with the recent renovations they have appeared to remove most if not all safe gluten free options. Appears to be a huge risk for cross contamination. I cannot imagine going back anytime soon

Gold mine for healthy gluten free options! Found this place today and loved the cute, bright, happy cafe atmosphere, and food. I got a gluten free turkey club that was seriously divine. The sauce was amazing. The two gentleman at the cashier were full of smiles and recommendations. I tried the chocolate kiss smoothie due to their recommendation and it was so good! 100% recommend.
