If you want good Vietnamese food, this is the place to go. I dropped my go to spot in SLC just for this spot in American Fork because of how delicious and constant this shop is. the workers are super nice and I feel that their food is good quality. My recommendation is the pork vermicelli noodles with egg rolls or the Pho with brisket. This place has my favorite pho broth. It’s light, rich, and a hint of sweetness. Perfect salt. Always generous with proportions. I hope Cafe Trang has lots and lots of business because they deserve it!

Café Trang Bistro in Lehi is a hidden gem! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the rich, mouthwatering aroma of pho—and the flavor delivers just as strong. The fried chicken was perfectly crispy and seasoned, the spring roll was fresh and satisfying, and the brisket pho? Absolutely fire—so rich and flavorful. I also tried the taro slush with boba and the mango slush—both were perfectly sweet and super refreshing on a hot summer day. The Pho was good. I liked the food. It was quiet and the dining area seemed clean. The soda fountain was out of order which was lame but the water worked. The service was good. Nothing bad. Not extraordinary either. I’d go back.

My husband and I ordered the pork bahn mi and the steak pho to share. The bahn mi wasn’t my favorite but the pho was absolutely delicious. Very rich and flavorful broth- we drank every last drop! Will definitely come back for the pho next time we’re in the area

They have it listed that they close at 6 on Sunday but they closed early made the 15 minute drive and closed.
