Never answer their phones. Just had a simple question so I could place an order. Middle of the afternoon... can't be that busy.
If you want the customers out at 7:30 change the hours of operation. I just left, because after getting sprayed with table cleaner and mop water splashed on me while they mop the floor 2 feet from me …. There was just me and one other lady in the store- she got up and left. I get it you don’t want to stay late and clean. But if your hours say open until 8. Quit making it difficult to EAT at 7:20 The food was fantastic !!
4/6/25 12:20 Lunch time. Stopped by for some lunch, wondered why there was no one in Capriottis? Well it makes sense now. Stood there for about 3-4 minutes waiting to order while all three girls just looked at us. And did not say welcome hi or we will be with you in a minute. To be fair one of them looked to be working. While the other two stared at their phone laughing and showing one another some sort of video. Needless to see after 4 minutes of just standing there waiting to order we decided to just leave. We went over to Zao across the way. Imagine my surprise when I walked in and they said welcome! And asked us what we wanted to eat. Such great service nothing like what I just experienced. Would highly recommend zao would never stop by Capriottis again.
So yummy!!! There’s sandwich with the coleslaw is absolutely amazing. Went here for the first time with my mother and my son and we devoured those sandwiches. Definitely excited to try different sandwiches next time. They have a lot of seating in the atmosphere is cool, calm and collected. Thank you for making yummy food!!
Poor service, must be a mostly Uber eats place. Sandwich just tastes like American cheese. Disappointing
Ordered the Capistrani. Delicious. Medium size was huge.
Capriottis is the best sandwich shop! The service and quality are tops
Very good place for lunch!
Great place.
Nice atmosphere with a lot of potential. Unfortunately, both service and food were mediocre with opportunities for improvement.

We have been there twice recently and the food is great but their furnace must be broken as it is always freezing. Stop pinching Pennys and turn on your heat. We will return when the weather warms up.
Capriotti's is a unique sandwich shop with flavorful and unique combinations. I tried the bobbie this time, which is like a Thanksgiving dinner in a sandwich. It was hearty, succulent and the flavors combined very well and merged into a taste explosion in my mouth. The bread is soft and enjoyable, but barely can contain the amount of ingredients they stuff inside. I thought my sandwich was a little small for what I paid, until I started into it and realized there was a lot of food there. I had a filling meal.
I ordered the cut Wagyu roast beef sandwich, and it was a huge letdown. The roast beef was tough and lacked flavor, making it an unpleasant experience overall. To make matters worse, the au jus tasted like watered-down soy sauce—nothing like the rich, savory dip you'd expect with a roast beef sandwich. The entire meal was underwhelming and disappointing. I won't be returning anytime soon. Avoid this place if you're looking for quality food
It wasn't bad but not the best.
Have to say way expensive for a sandwich 13 dollars ya no was still hungry
Waited 30 mins for three small sandwiches, no greetings no customer service at all. It was very expensive, we paid $45 for three small sandwiches. And they are cold, and tasted really meh. I won't recommend this location at all.
