How customer service should be done every time. Had an issue and they gave me zero issues or problems getting it fixed. Can’t believe how well they handled my issue. Great staff working here and will definitely leave other places I go to get food just to come here.

It pains me greatly to leave a Carl's Jr such a bad score, but this location is TERRIBLE! Nobody at this location ever speaks English, this location always uses the stalest buns, and they never get the order right (I don't know how many times I've ordered and been billed a double and been given a single burger). I've let this location slide too many time for my love of Carl's Jr, but they're so consistently bad and broken my trust. Will be avoiding this location.

Went to the drive thru and when we pulled up they asked if we wanted to try their guacamole burger. We said yes then they told us they were out. So why offer it then?
Once the food came they forgot to provide one of the sandwiches we ordered and forgot one of the orders of fries.
They were also out of several items we had tried to order. No shakes, no chicken tenders, no guac.
I get its the holidays and it gets busy, but how many mistakes or problems should be happening even then?
Also way too expensive for fast food. Most combos were in the $14-$18 range. If it were not so late at night i would have gotten better food elsewhere
