I had their breakfast burritos. I ordered the loaded breakfast burrito which was pretty tasty actually. I placed the order through the drive thru & waited maybe 5 minutes if that since there were 3 vehicles ahead of me in the line. Once I got up to the window my order was fresh & ready to go. The cashier lady was very friendly, nice, professional & polite. She helped remind me about the salsa that they have which was good because I remember that I didn’t have any at the house so she was a real life saver. When I got home & opened up my burritos added the salsa with some sour cream & Bam!!!! Delicious’o!!!! I will definitely be ordering these again soon & even trying the steak breakfast burrito because it looks pretty good too. Thank you for the convenience & fast friendly service at this location!!! See you guys again soon

We were the only car in the line and waited 18 mins for our food, it was crazy. No apology or explanation when we received it. Then, it as all shoved in one bag, which totally ruined our fried zucchini; it was smashed. And also there were barely any criss cut fries in our LARGE size order. Very poor experience. I tried reaching out to the contact on their window first but she never responded. Disappointing. Too expensive for this level of quality.

I never go to Carl's Jr, and only came here because my kids had vouchers for free kids meals. This location was the closest to my house and I figured it would be as good as any other location. What started as a super frustrating trip to try and use the vouchers turned into a surprisingly pleasant meal with my family. Kevin observed my frustration with the Carl's Jr app and went far beyond what I would expect from any employee. He was patient, kind, and so helpful in explaining small nuances with the app. Not once did he seem annoyed, and had a genuine friendliness about him the entire time. The food tasted fine and was exactly what I expected. The service, however, was better than I've experienced at any other fast food restaurant. Thank you Kevin, for changing my mind about going back to a Carl's Jr. I would definitely visit this location again.

I went to the drive through just for water. I asked for 3 cups of water and they tried charging me almost $11. I asked 2 times if they were sure it was that much just for water and they said yes. Water is free. I'll pay for a cup willingly but not $11.
I ordered through door dash a simple double cheese with jalapenos. I get a single patty with nothing on it but ketchup. I call them, they don't answer for a few calls, they pick up the phone, hang up on me immediately. So I drive down, I reorder my burger and pay full price for it. I get a double cheese with just ketchup, no jalapenos. I had to go back in and ask for jalapenos. Store manager gives me some shit excuse about being understaffed. Worst experience I have ever had. I need someone from corporate or higher than the manager of that store to contact me about the bad service, not only customer service, but attitude given while I was in store. There's NO EXCUSE for this bullshit.
