Tonight was a bad night at the Lehi Pointe Chick fil a. I had to pull forward to wait for my order and when I got home my sandwich was missing. In the past, this location has delivered missing food which is exceptional service but tonight it wasn’t an option to enjoy dinner with my family.

This is a petty review, take lightly..
BUT I just went through the drive thru, ordered some tenders (I just wanted the tenders) but it got put into a MEAL without asking me ,
and THEN they gave me…
ONE sauce packet. ONE.
Do you know how hard it is to make 1 sauce last through eating 4 chicken tenders and ALL those fries??
It was for real a struggle. 🥲
