Hands down the best location I’ve had. Their food not only came out piping hot but the chicken sandwich had a crunch to it that I haven’t had in a very long time. Usually most locations had soft pickles but not this one. My kudos to the staff!

Always a great place to grab a delicious meal. I needed something high in protein and low in calories, and the grilled chicken bites for the bill perfectly. Chick-fil-A is a regular stop. And I really appreciate that it's closed on Sunday!

The new mobile thru line was empty which made the single drive thru line super long. We waited for a long time which is odd for a Chick-fil-A. Food was excellent as always and staff was super friendly.

My order has been wrong several times, the line for this location gets insanely long for no reason, and they really showed me who they are with the most recent customer service interactions. I had a free nugget reward from a Jazz game and it showed on my app. It was not showing anymore before it expired or I was able to use it. I contacted their customer service and they got back to me and said there was nothing they were willing to do. SERIOUSLY?! What is the profit margin for a order of nuggets? It cannot be worth the fight, but the fact that their employees are willing to put up such a fight instead of honoring the reward is insane. They have never fixed any other issue either. My order is wrong, they don't remake it or fix it in any way. My reward disappears...nope, nothing they can do. I was a red member and gave them all kinds of business, but THANK GOODNESS they didn't honor my reward and GOOD JOB Dusty for saving your store a whopping 3 cents by stealing the reward from my account. Now they won't get a dime from me. What a horrible business they are running.

Wasn’t feeling great this morning and thought a takeout breakfast from Chick-fil-a might help me feel better. Are you serious chick-fil-a?! I understand inflation but this is tiny!! I sincerely hope this is not the new norm. Oh, and there was hardly any eggs. Quality control is definitely down. Can’t imagine any self respecting chick-fil-a outlet to send out food like that. Super disappointed. I used to be a fan of your breakfast burritos!

As a sales representative, I cater to my customers often. I am usually very pleased with Chik-Fil-A in general however today I’m not happy. I’ve used this Lehi location before and both times they’ve forgotten items. Last time they forgot to put the dressings for my salads and I had to drive back & get them. Today, they left Chicken off of 8 of the 20 salads I ordered. I’ll still order from Chik-Fil-A just not this location.
Absolute unit of a location. Processes more orders in 5 minutes than the Wendy’s next door could handle in an hour. The fastest place to get food locally, hands down.

Wilted lettuce on sandwiches and they served us cold fries. This is a cardinal sin, hence I can’t leave a good review. Makes me sad to leave an unfavorable review because I love chicky chick and want them to succeed.

It’s always so slow! The drive through would take forever so I tried the mobile through, again terribly long line. Nothing can make this location quick. Really need to work on create a better system.
