I ordered a burrito online, and by the time it got to my house, the entire order was completely screwed up. The burrito was about four inches long—basically a snack—and I finished it in four bites. They had the audacity to charge me $34 for two burritos, and one of them was missing chicken, had no cheese, barely any rice, and the wrong beans. When I called Chipotle customer support, it was an absolute joke. The guy I spoke to told me they couldn’t offer a refund, credit, or even just replace the burrito. When I asked how I was supposed to get this resolved, he told me to call Chipotle support—except when I looked it up, there was no number. I asked him for the number directly, and he straight-up refused to give it to me. Absolute trash experience. Don’t eat here, don’t work here, and definitely don’t waste your money on this garbage.

They were moving in slow motion. I get times are tough, but let’s have a little hustle please!

I rarely post reviews but I feel this one is necessary. I’ve been here 5+ times and can confidently say this is the worst chipotle around and it’s not even close. They are always understaffed, the staff they do have is generally unprofessional and unhelpful, they don’t get food ready on time when you order via the app, they’ve gotten my order wrong multiple occasions, and my food has been cold on multiple occasions. One time, my wife ordered via the app, and I picked it up. Upon opening the order at my house, one of the bowls literally had only beans, rice, tomatoes, and lettuce (missing the meat, cheese, and corn). My wife went back to the restaurant, and the employees said, “Oh, sorry, we ran out.” THEY DIDNT EVEN SAY ANYTHING when I had picked it up! They were somehow hoping that we wouldn’t care the bowl was missing the most important ingredients! It seriously blew my mind. I don’t know whether the margins are too slim to hire anyone remotely decent or if management is just terrible at hiring, but something is wrong here. It sucks because I love Chipotle and this is right by my house, but I highly recommend staying away from this location.

I waited for 20 minutes after they opened but they never got to a point where they could start serving food. Not sure if this is an everyday thing or if I just caught them on a bad day.

Wow.. Let me start this off by saying I have never given a negative review in my life, but this was so bad, I’m not even sure how to describe it. For starters, my bag arrived and it was disturbingly light. Upon further investigation, the bowl wasn’t even half full. Irritating, yes, but not enough to inspire this review. However, upon tasting my sad chicken bowl, I was mercilessly thrown into a decision I have never made before. The need to leave a 1 star review.
We are all aware that Chipotle has a standard taste. Everything is prepared the same way with the same seasonings, so it has a signature flavor that’s distinguishable as The Chipotle that we all know and love. But not this time. It honestly tastes like I was a contestant on Hell’s Kitchen, America’s worst cooks, and I plated this dish with tears in my eyes knowing my dreams of cooking were about to be dashed. The chicken is so dry and charred to the point where it just tastes like burnt chicken. I thought maybe it was a few charred little ends that I could overlook as “giving the meal character”, but no. It tastes like the chicken was thrust directly into a camp fire, or if I were to lick the blackened top of a grill, perhaps.
Furthermore, the guacamole tastes like mashed avocado and lime juice. Nothing else. No spice, no flavoring, just an avocado beat into submission and splashed with lime to add insult to injury. The salsa tastes.. Well.. I guess it doesn’t. It can hardly be detected at all. And the seasoning in the rice and beans seems more like they looked at them with the intent of adding a spice, rather than actually doing so. Telekinetic spice, if you will.
Anyway, I don’t mean to keep you all day. I will simply leave you with these parting words. Please, I beggeth thee. Invest in more 1-on-1 training with the cooks, and be sure to tell them it won’t kill then to add a splash of something other than contempt to the meals.

WORST STAFF!!! I had the rudest staff today - they acted as if ordering my food was so inconvenient for them. Weird, it's their job to build a burrito/bowl or whatever per the customers request?? Probably should find jobs elsewhere if they hate customer service.

This store is RACIST. They will flat out refuse to serve you and tell you they are out of meat. The employees are rude and very disrespectful. I watched them do this and was disgusted by the behavior.

Obviously it isn’t unique to this location but this restaurant is absolutely horrendous the vegetables are wilty the chicken is rubbery and the food is overall flavorless. Wouldn’t be worth 50% of the price.

There were 4 people standing around while multiple items were empty. I asked if they would have more fajita veggies soon and he said “no we haven’t even cut any”. Maybe one of the people standing around should start chopping.

Waited in line for 30 minutes before leaving after realizing they only got 4 people served the whole time. Sent two people on break with a line out the door AND had an employee eat food in the kitchen. (Against the health code)
Good place, good food, horrible service and they just need to get better management.

Must’ve come on a good night. Seemed like they were closing up because out of the 4 employees I saw only one was working orders/register so it was a bit slow. Food was overall good though so hard to complain too much (steak needs to be cut smaller but at least it was cooked well and tasted right).
