I always by coming to this place cause I feel like they give you gigantic portions. The staff have always been super friendly and super fast.

This location has consistently been horrible. The worst customer service. One guy in particular had a bad attitude. And they are always out of everything. Just go to a different location!

Perhaps this location sucks so bad due to bad management. I could say there are rats on the floor and roaches on the walls, but unlike Lucas (a very poor manager), I actually check my facts before accusing someone of something. The whole management team needs lessons on communication and should learn that gossip doesn't make for a better restaurant.

This Chipotle is hit or miss. Your experience depends entirely on who makes your food. If you get lucky, you get great food. Odds are though you’ll get food from a new employee who doesn’t know how to put a burrito together.

We door dashed carne asada salads based totally on the irresistible ads on TV.
A feast in a bowl!! Flavorable and generous ingredients. For a first time experience we were totally satisfied with our delicious experience. A quarter in I knew I wouldn't be hungry for a long while.

I stopped at 8:15 pm the place was a mess. One of the guys finally came to wipe down tables, dropped the rag on the floor, picked it up and proceeded to wipe down the table. Gotta be some kind of health violation. I walked out. Total disaster of a location.

We ordered meals and drinks. When we went to fill up our soda cups, the machine was out of ice. I asked the two closest workers if they were aware that their machine was out of ice. One of the workers told us that they were busy and couldn't help us. I stated that I wasn't necessarily asking for help, just wondering if they were aware their soda machine was out of ice. He then told me I could go Five Guys if I wanted ice. Two other workers tried to come get ice for us from the back and both times he said they were too busy and took the cups from them. He ended up spending the time to process a refund for the drinks rather than just let the workers go get ice. I called and left a message with the general manager but he didn't call back. I texted him and he asked what he could do for me and I said I would like to talk about my experience the night before but he didn't respond by text and didn't call me back. I have never been treated so rudely. The lady behind me asked to speak to the manager because of how rude he was being and he told us he was the manager.
