There is no consistency with each location. Some have great service and clean tables and others are cold and sticky. The food options are plenty and the ingredients seem high-end but it definitely is a pricey place to eat. One persons meal is easily close to $20. It’s becoming less and less a place I want to visit.

Delish, fresh, mango chicken salad! I would like a little more generosity with the salad add ins. Piping, hot sweet potato fries. Very yummy. Prompt service.
A little cold in the restaurant when it is cold outside.

Seems like the ownership have forgotten the “WHY” they started this business.
First, the additional credit card fee of 2.5%, completely a junk fee and unnecessary.. seriously..

Now the food, we ordered the large or regular Buffalo fries, always delicious, we just needed more sauce once we ate the top level there was no much sauce at all, I asked for more and was handed the buffalo sauce but not the blue cheese sauce and was told it would be extra
 again seriously?? And the guy wasn’t amused at all, no customer service..

Then when we dug into the Tri-tip salad, that we ordered with no scallions
. It was loaded with scallions
 and it also had about 3 ounces of Tri-tip.. they should have put more tri-tip and no scallions.
I took it back and again not good customer service or friendly staff at all..
it’s like a hassle for them to serve the customers. If you don’t like where your work then don’t work there.
And this usually rolls down hill meaning, it 99% of the time comes from upper mgmt or ownership.

One other item, the soda fountain fridge area smells like mold, definitely needs to be checked to make sure there is no mold..

Just seems the service is not what is used to be, the food quality is not as good.

Took 45 min to get our food
 then all of our food was either burnt, undercooked, or cold. All of the employees didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Not a good experience. $50 for 2 meals that were crap just made me rethink life hahaha.

Food is good but way too expensive in my opinion. We also waited 20 minutes with hardly anyone here. Last piece of feedback is that all cubby’s have the most uncomfortable seating on planet earth

We were in around 730pm on Saturday, 8 November. The woman taking orders might have been new but she was definitely not fast. Every group of people was stuck talking with her for 2x longer than we would have expected.

The food was fine. Nothing special.

The dining area was filthy. Floors, tables all had trash on them. It looked like they hadn’t been swept for several hours. We do not plan on returning.

Way too expensive. 15 dollar burger that was just okay. Cashier didn't speak English. Three dollars for a 12 oz fountain drink? Seriously?

Meh... First time to Cubby's and probably last. I somehow spent $35 for 2 people. I asked for a receipt but they were going to make me fill out a form and email it to me and I said not worth it. So, not sure if they messed up or if 2 burgers, fries, and drinks really cost $35 at a fast casual place like this.
I got the Houdini. The patty was burned and not much flavor or taste to the rest of it. I ordered the buffalo bleu cheese fries. The bleu cheese and buffalo sauce is actually a pretty good combo and I loved the taste but the fries seemed to be stale. There was also a wrapper or lid to the bleu cheese container mixed into my fries. I like their chipotle fry sauce. You'll need a lot to make up for the bland flavors and stale food.
The service was fast and friendly and establishment clean. Only complaint about service was them not noticing the obvious wrapper they left on my fries.

Cubby’s is so good. I love the food! Unfortunately our experience was not great today. Many of the employees were just standing around and it took quite a while to get our food based on our previous experiences. Our food came out and my order was all wrong. I had to specify my food allergies while ordering and everything I asked them to hold was in it. I brought it back and they reluctantly made a new dish. No apology or anything. When they brought a new order it was still wrong despite me bringing my ticket with my order to make sure they knew what my order was. As I watched my husband bring my order back to get it fixed I watched employees behind the counter roll their eyes.I usually don’t care, but when it comes to my food allergies I couldn’t eat it. Good food but poor customer experience. :/
