Cubby’s is so good. I love the food! Unfortunately our experience was not great today. Many of the employees were just standing around and it took quite a while to get our food based on our previous experiences. Our food came out and my order was all wrong. I had to specify my food allergies while ordering and everything I asked them to hold was in it. I brought it back and they reluctantly made a new dish. No apology or anything. When they brought a new order it was still wrong despite me bringing my ticket with my order to make sure they knew what my order was. As I watched my husband bring my order back to get it fixed I watched employees behind the counter roll their eyes.I usually don’t care, but when it comes to my food allergies I couldn’t eat it. Good food but poor customer experience. :/

Food did take awhile but considering how good the food was, it was worth the wait for sure. The cashier was very patient, which was very helpful.
Always had great experiences at Cubby’s and this one was no different. Food was absolutely delicious and I strongly recommend the street tacos as they’re some of my favorite on the menu.

Cubby’s in Lehi was on their game tonight. Houdini burger was excellent, my wife loved her BLT and the Mac n Cheese was delish. Gotta love the Red Bull TV as well, my son and I were very entertained.

I don’t know how this chain still exists. The 5/6 times I’ve been it’s been a terrible food experience every single time and today was no exception. Trying something new, i ordered the tri tip steak salad and it was the most disappointing OVERPRICED salad I’ve ever had. Four bites of steak on a bed of soggy romaine with a few under ripe cherry tomatoes and subpar dressing for a whopping 15 dollars. Our whole meal included two of these salads, a bowl of mac and cheese (which was the best part tbh) and some fries for FORTY DOLLARS. We walked away still hungry and upset we didn’t spend half the price and just go to the costa Vida across the way.
ALSO if the owner or manager read this, sir or maam, you cannot, for the love of God, install a farm style sink head and have the most shallow sink known to mankind to go with it. Using the restroom, water was EVERYWHERE and trying to wash my hands and the hands of my toddler was a complete disaster. I had to change her shirt after using the facilities because she was absolutely soaked from this poor design.
Anyway, i love the idea of a healthier food chain but that salad was the most disappointing thing of my life. Maybe there are better items but I’ve also tried their burgers and everything is just overpriced and lacks quality.

Very tasty and gluten friendly!!! The fries are cooked in a separate fryer, so no worry about cross contamination. Also have gluten-free buns. The burger and fries were both very good. Got to love a good burger and fries!!!
