Usually I wouldn’t give a one star review to Culver’s but today was that day! I ordered 2 small custards and waited for over 20 minutes! I watched the young lady make my custard and then put it into a freezer. I then waited 10 more minutes until someone came up to me and went and found my ice cream! So SLOW!!! And not great customer service.

If you order in or to-go check every piece of your order. They rarely get the orders right. Be prepared to wipe off your table and the floors are not very clean.
This is the 4th visit that the food prep is terrible. We love the butter burgers but 4 times of to go orders and the double butter burgers with the works and extra onions have nothing but cheese, patties and bun. Seriously disappointed.
If they get it right we love the food. Most times it takes 20+ min for one order if you dine in. Maybe we should go to the Orem store and try our luck there.
Hope Lehi store will invest in some training of proper food prep.

Food is great and fairly quick if it isn't backed up. It does get busy quite often but not horribly long waits. We go a ton and we have to check our order every time because it has been wrong a lot. But they are great to fix the problem when we address it. Overall great.

These may be the best dang fries I have ever had. Cooked to perfection. I swear they are coated with crack. Extra crispy, lightly salted, overall a 5 star experience. Hats off to the fry chef Ryan who prepared these heavenly treats. I will be returning.

The food was okay, however, we asked for fry sauce and ranch with our order and was informed we would have to pay extra. I just spent 23.83. The least you could provide is some ranch with my cheese curds. I guess I'll go somewhere that will next time I go out.

UPDATE (12/21/24): just got a refund for my order. Not only did it go smoothly but the customer service was awesome. They refunded the whole order not just the burger like I thought. I'm very happy and look forward to future visits to this Culvers.
INITIAL REVIEW (12/9/24): There was a elastic string tie, the tie they use for frozen meat patties, on my burger. Obviously not okay normally, even more so for a pregnant woman such as myself. The service was great in-store. The service over-the-phone was terrible, all the employee could do was apologize and tell me my experience wasn't normal. To get a refund I would have to come in person with the receipt or bank statement. This is unacceptable.

I got the patty melt double and there was so much grease. I feel like I’m about to have a heart attack, but it was really really good and I added mushrooms so it might be my fault. Culver’s is always delicious and that’s how we love it.

I love Culver's! They have great food outings. I like their burgers and their chicken strips. Their custard is the absolute best! I can't go back to regular shakes now that I've had a concrete mixer!
