The food was not it. The grilled chicken sandwich was gross & soggy. & the service? The fact they had to question my husband multiple times about OUR ORDER WE PAID FOR PICK UP? My husband was kind and showed proof of purchase & was still questioned! I would’ve asked for a whole refund. I regret getting food from here. If I could give this place no stars I would.

Lack of bright color = lack of whimsy or fun. They try to do the classic burger joint look and fail miserably at it, besides the occasional blue, it has the color scheme of a corporate office.

We went here at around 9:20 pm and ordered a few shakes plus 1 malt. We got our shakes and malt, when we did our malt was completely liquified & warm. Almost like a chocolate milk consistency… We went back through the drive thru to let them know that and the lady was nice at fist but once I let her know that it was really runny and warm she told me “thats kinda the point of a malt… & plus its 30 mins before close so our chocolate is really runny” I didnt even get the chance to finish talking because she turned the speaker off. But not to mention all of our shakes were made wrong, ordered a lucky charms blended concrete & got a cookie dough… Everything is just so disappointing about this place. Dont think I will return considering no apology, refund or remake was made.

Super busy on a Saturday night, drive-thru wrapped around the building every seat outside was taken. The wait was a little long but what do you expect You know they cook everything to order and you're going to be there for a minute for good food. It would be a straight up five-star review I just feel that anything over 15 minutes is a little bit too long to wait, and there is that caveat of how busy they were but maybe some more crew scheduled could help.
I’ve gone here only two times through the drive thru. The first time I literally was sitting there for 30 minutes for a singular burger. The second time I only went because I was starving and it’s close to my house. I ordered only a chicken sandwich, it took 15 minutes after they asked me to pull around for only one thing. Thanks for the burnt chicken sandwich though… I guess 🥴
