I went ordered 3 red bean and cheese burritos with a large order of fries .when I got my order the fries were cold and soggy . I also ordered two chicken grilled soft tacos they were also cold and soggy.Del Taco has been one of my favorite fast places to eat for a very long time .I was truly very disappointed.

Whoever works the late shifts are the slowest people on the planet. I do pickup orders, and every time I've gone recently it takes them 10+ minutes to get my order together that I ordered 30 minutes prior. They're also pretty unprofessional on the speaker when you pull up to the drive-thru

Those self serve ordering kiosks are a rotten business decision. Not only are they confusing to your customer, but they completely remove friendly customer service. What are you thinking?

Some of the items we ordered were good however I was craving a double del cheeseburger and was crazy disappointed! It was the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger, crushed flat with small bits of bacon. Was so unappetizing and definitely not anything close to the double del cheeseburgers I have had. Terrible burger (photos attached). The refried beans are really tasteless and watery. Will only come for certain items now and won't be a regular stop like I was excited about when I saw it being built so close to me.

I got food poisoning after eating the double del. Had one of the worst weekends of my life. Worth it, 10/10 would do again
Spent 50 dollars, ask for some ranch dip. Was charged for the two little containers of not even homemade ranch. It can from a bottle. Sad. I liked this place management needs to better train when to be generous it goes a long way. Sorry DT, have to go somewhere else.

First of all let’s just get it out there that del taco will save us during the recession?. The only place with prices under $2 that will actually go a long way. The food is surprisingly good too! The ingredients are fresh and quality. Such a treat.
Mostly, I wanted to compliment the man at the register, Juan, for his amazing act of kindness towards two tween girls that were being a little bit of a pain/entitled. He had every right to be annoyed. But he was so patient with them and gentle. He took care of them with so much grace and I think it affected these girls because they changed their attitude.
I spoke to him after my meal and thanked him for his loving example, and the inspiration he is for everyone around him. He said that we are paying his salary and that it is his job to take care of the customer. Hello?! Is this the CEO? No. It’s a humble man probably not bringing in a hot salary. I’m astounded by the goodness of this guy!
I hope he knows that people like him are the moral fabric of this country. I’m grateful for our friends that move here from Latin America and bring their culture of love and kindness. So refreshing.
PS: Google should take down the 1 star reviews left by a few clowns with no rhyme or reason. What you think is a joke affects someone else’s livelihood.
