Ordered online for delivery was double charged over 80 dollars and food was never delivered. After waiting over an hour, I was told that order was canceled because they were out of an item. I was then told I would need to wait 10 to 12 days to receive a refund of over $82 they charged me. Will definitely not be returning to this place!

Bought a Gift Card during a cyber Monday deal use it once on the app. having issues almost 1.5 years with customer support and no will help me with fixing the error. Still has a balance on my gift card. Will NOT support and will NOT recommend Del Taco.

Del taco in Huntsville is by far the best Del taco we have been to in a very long time! The service was wonderful and the food was amazing. Alice was so kind and helpful! Highly recommend.

What an absolute crap show. DO NOT come here for food when the bell is just down the street. My wife and I cam for dinner and man what a mistake. my fries were cold as ice and not completely cooked, and I ordered the epic failure burrito meal. my burrito was a mess, the beans were runny almost as runny as the beef slurry they think is meat. they tossed it into a giant microwaved shell that was the consistency of tire rubber and half wrapped it in foil and tossed it in a bag. it was no joke like trying to eat a water balloon. the staff is short with you and come across as rushed and rude. if I spend this kind of stupid money for a meal I expect to be able to eat it. my dinner was completely inedible and I had to stop by the Taco Truck (which should have been my first choice, they were awesome) to get dinner. I feel ripped off.

Sadly it was terrible. It wasn’t even comparable to Taco Bell and that’s sad…. We tried almost everything on the menu and threw away almost everything with maybe a bite or two out of each. Will never go back. Don’t understand the hype at all.

i ordered 3 regular tacos and 3 beer battered fish taco. the fish tacos were small. The order came to $18 and some change. I can't believe how much you guys charge now to or a few tacos I can make at home for $10 and have left overs for the next day. Dell Taco prices suck.
Del Taco just quietly removed the mini shakes from its menu. These are perfect for kids or someone who just wanted a small snack/treat. Not all Americans like big portion sizes!!!! Bring back the mini!!!!!!

Went to the port Orange location tonight. Couldn’t even understand the girl at the counter . Mumbled the whole time. I ordered the street taco meal large. It was like $10.50. I get home and open my tacos and it looked like someone fornicated with them . I was really wanting it to be good but for the first experience I’ll give it a 1/10 . And that’s only because the coke was good ,

I went to order from the location in Boise on 8687 W Overland Rd and I was trying to decide what I wanted. I told the girl at the counter I'd let her know when I was ready so she wasn't neglecting her other work. She got an attitude over me using the word neglect and saying it's not neglect. I was trying to be nice and didn't want her waiting on me if she had other work to do. After her attitude towards me I didn't even want to eat there anymore so I left. As I was walking back to my car another girl that was behind the counter pulled out her phone and was recording me or taking pics on their phone. If these are the kind of people this place employs I don't see how anyone would want to go there. What's more shocking is the manager was there and allowed this kind of behavior. You're only as good as your leader so I can't imagine the manager has any better customer service skills.

I ate at the Del Taco in Port Charlotte last night and ordered one beef taco and one chicken taco. After a few bites the chicken taco seemed like it had a weird texture. So I threw it out. The beef taco was fine but wasn’t hot. Fast forward to this morning and I was up throwing up my Del Taco from yesterday. I won’t eat here again.
