I got my order today at 1pm. My entire order was wrong. I paid extra for bacon that wasn't on my sandwich as well as no chips that i also ordered. I asked for No onions, I wanted Banana peppers that weren't on there, they didn't give me a pickle on the side. The sandwich was soggy.

Tried one of the specials. Supposed to be a spicy sandwich but wasn't too bad.

I ordered a medium Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket, and it had decent flavor. I wasn't filled with the medium, but I didn't leave hungry either. I think a medium-sized sandwich would satisfy the majority of patrons.

I was annoyed with the service during my visit. First, the staff informed me they could only accept online orders. Something must've been down with their register. So I did the online order, and they called out names for people to collect their orders. About 20 minutes passed, and my name wasn't called, but they were still calling out names. Ten more minutes went by, and as I went to ask about my sandwich, I noticed a to-go shelf on the right side with a solo bag. Sure enough, my order had been finished for 20 minutes, but my name was never called. Halfway through my wait, they fixed their register, and switched back to how they handle in-person vs. online orders. Ultimately, it was a poor communication experience, but it annoyed me enough that Firehouse Subs won't be on my radar when I'm in the area. To be fair, unless their register goes down frequently, it's probably a one-off experience.

Sat at the front while the workers completely ignored us .. didn’t acknowledge us in any way for over 5 minutes. I finally left and went next door to mo Bettahs got my food for a family of 5 and returned with that food before family who had ordered before we arrived even got their food. Terrible customer service. Maybe you should retrain your workers and tell them to take out their AirPods at work! Ridiculous.

I hadn't been to Firehouse in a few months but oh my goodness. The Italian sub I had on Veteran's Day was soul satisfyingly amazing. It just hit the spot perfectly. The staff was very friendly and genuinely kind. I highly recommend this location.

I frequent firehouse subs. It’s all I could eat while undergoing treatment for cancer earlier this year actually. Stopped in today with my partner who is a United States Veteran and the man, with the bun who was also talking about “having a location in Millcreek,” was complaining loud enough for customers to hear about having to give away food for Veterans Day and saying “how messed up his numbers are going to be.” This location has lost my business for good. Corporate, educate your franchisee’s better, or don’t allow them to be franchisee’s. Firehouse Subs does a lot for the community and I know if corporate knew about this - they wouldn’t be happy. It’s one day a year. Do better.

While I had no issue with my food , why is this firehouse subs playing videos over and over about firemen . I understand you want to give a positive message about the good fireman do but having to hear sirens, a person talk about an accident that killed 2 people and all these other fires and stuff .
I don’t need to hear that while eating a freaking sandwich! My daughter and I have really bad PTSD from an accident recently and hearing sirens over and over in a fast food place is not ok !
What the heck happened to just playing sporting events or something that’s just background noise

Listen, I love firehouse subs but this location was a little disappointing. I waited a VERY long time (over 35 minutes) for my one sandwich and despite being a hot sandwich…it was pretty cold when I finally got it. Just maybe avoid this location if you’re on a lunch break or don’t have lots of time to sit. Also, parking was a nightmare.

The last few times we’ve been to this location. It’s been extremely disappointing! For some reason, the staff have zero personality and exert no effort to be cordial and helpful. The last two times they’ve had no gluten-free bread, which is an huge reason for me to go there, and the drinks have all been out. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. When you show up close to 6 o’clock, and the restaurant is completely empty, it is an indication that the restaurant is dying. Especially when you have to get one of the workers that is mopping the floor to stop and come help you.

The best part of firehouse was the warm, toasted bread. However, the toaster here has allegedly been broken for several months! Cold bread = ugh.

Hey Owner - maybe replace the toaster before more negative reviews pile up?

*Update 9/3/24*
Even the link provided by "Anna/Guest Services" doesn't lead anywhere. This is a case study in how to "burn" customers without a working toaster - or competent customer service!

The toaster has been down at this location for two months. I could understand a couple of weeks but months is unacceptable. Either needs new ownership or management.

TL;DR: If you're looking for hot subs to not be ice cold, this isn't the place for you.

(Edit after firehouse replied below: I find it frustrating that in response, you want me to jump through extra hoops. If you really wanted to address the issue you already have all the info you need to do so from the original review below...)

I normally love Firehouse, especially the (hot) turkey bacon ranch. But this location doesn't seem to know that hot subs should be served hot, or at least warm.

The TBR sub was cold like it had come out of a fridge, not even the turkey was warm, completely cold.

I tried to eat it anyway as I was really hungry, but after eating 1/3 of the sub I had completely lost my appetite.

I went back in and asked the lady "isn't the TBR sub supposed to be hot and toasted?" And she replied that only the meat is heated. I decided to just throw the rest away instead of arguing about it.

I normally don't post reviews, but I see another recent review with the same experience, so this seems to be a regular issue at this location.
