Firehouse Subs Thanksgiving Park

I went to get some last minute food for my wife and I. They say they are closed at 9 however when I went at 8:45 (yes I know that pushing it but you advertise being open till 9) when I went in everything looked closed. I went up to the register and waiting to be helped. The guy came up and looked really upset to see me standing there. He had his phone out texting and never said anything to me. He had to reopen the till and just stared at me so I just started to order. He took my order but the soups were off and put away. After I ordered a girl looked at me and asked if the sandwiches can be cold because they shut off and cleaned all their grills already. I called my wife to see what to do and while doing that at 8:50 the guy tells the girl “I’m going to go lock the door now so no one can come in” at that point I was just ready to leave. don’t advertise you are open till 9 if you closes everything before then.

Jenny was SO helpful and SO incredibly kind. She answered my questions and helped me feel comfortable and confident in my food choices. Thank you so so so much!!

Door dashed a sub from this Firehouse sub shop. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Took two bites and threw it out.

If you don't like the decision-making and personal involvement of Subway and want to order a sub off the menu with no deviation, here's your next lunch stop. Little customer interaction, but the food is decent if you've already been there several times and have a favorite order.

Came into the store at 7:30pm and was told I couldn’t sit down and eat cause they were closing soon. “Closing soon as in 9pm” great food but horrible service

Omg this place is so good. I've never had a better Italian sub in my life. And these guys here really care! The workers were awesome and told me people's favorites and then helped me pick the perfect meal. Not only that, they made this sub beautifully. Not slopped together: stacked to perfection. Seriously. This is a place with heart that will make you a perfect sandwich too.

We purposely go to this particular firehouse, sub location because of the quality of service, food, and time factors. They are very friendly and do a wonderful job.

I got my order today at 1pm. My entire order was wrong. I paid extra for bacon that wasn't on my sandwich as well as no chips that i also ordered. I asked for No onions, I wanted Banana peppers that weren't on there, they didn't give me a pickle on the side. The sandwich was soggy.

I ordered a medium Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket, and it had decent flavor. I wasn't filled with the medium, but I didn't leave hungry either. I think a medium-sized sandwich would satisfy the majority of patrons.

I was annoyed with the service during my visit. First, the staff informed me they could only accept online orders. Something must've been down with their register. So I did the online order, and they called out names for people to collect their orders. About 20 minutes passed, and my name wasn't called, but they were still calling out names. Ten more minutes went by, and as I went to ask about my sandwich, I noticed a to-go shelf on the right side with a solo bag. Sure enough, my order had been finished for 20 minutes, but my name was never called. Halfway through my wait, they fixed their register, and switched back to how they handle in-person vs. online orders. Ultimately, it was a poor communication experience, but it annoyed me enough that Firehouse Subs won't be on my radar when I'm in the area. To be fair, unless their register goes down frequently, it's probably a one-off experience.

Sat at the front while the workers completely ignored us .. didn’t acknowledge us in any way for over 5 minutes. I finally left and went next door to mo Bettahs got my food for a family of 5 and returned with that food before family who had ordered before we arrived even got their food. Terrible customer service. Maybe you should retrain your workers and tell them to take out their AirPods at work! Ridiculous.
