These are the best workers in the world!! They are so nice and helpful, I love coming here with my friends and receiving the best quality service possible. My go to fav is strawberry cheesecake in either a small waffle cone or as a hurricane! Handels is well worth it!

Handels is hands down my FAVORITE ice cream - im the WORLD! It my “must visit” spot whenever I am in Utah. Creamy, delicious flavors, all fresh ingredients. Just so good. Great staff too!

The ice cream was delicious! The young lady was very kind, helpful, and offered samples to help me decide. This was my first time here, but I'll be back for sure.

Not only do I love this one cream (which is my weakness 😳), but I recently had surgery and I'm unable to drive until I'm cleared by the Dr. I couldn't find an option through doorDash to order a quart (which is only a few dollars more than a pint). I called the store and they figured out a way they would be able to deliver a quart for by me ordering something else that was around the same price. He said he would just watch for my name and make sure it was done correctly.
I wish I remembered his name and I know the manager was involved in this as well.
THANK YOU SO MUCH! ! That was so kind of you, especially when I just needed a little bit of comfort gluttony while I am healing from a pretty major surgery! LOVE HANDELS!

We go to Handel’s a handful of times a year. We don’t go that often because it’s pretty expensive for ice cream. Well now, we’re not going at all. Just got our usual order of the “sampler”…four single scoops of ice cream. No joke, they have cut their scoop size in half. It was totally pathetic. I asked the employee if he could do anything about it. He said, No…corporate came in and regulated it. And, what I got was the biggest he could do. A clamp down vibe, if you know what I mean. Not sure if they realize how fragile their market is. Blox…gone. Dirty Dough…gone. I’m predicting Hansel’s is next, and then…yes, Crumbl Cookie after that. These treat places ain’t gonna make it. The customer service with the “can’t do anything about it” answer won’t gonna fly for too long. Grocery store ice cream is just as good. The only thing that has staying power in Utah are the drink places, and that’s only a select few.
