We had a wonderful evening at The Harvest Restaurant. My wife ordered the meatloaf, and I had the filet both were cooked perfectly. Our server, Daphne, was attentive and provided excellent service. Under normal circumstances, this would have been a five-star experience. You might be wondering why I'm leaving a one-star review. The night was overshadowed by one issue: the dessert. We were too full to eat it in the restaurant, so I requested it to go. I specifically ordered the Chocolate Ube Cake, which features chocolate and ube cake layers, purple ube buttercream, and a black chocolate glaze. When Daphne brought out the box, we took it and left. Once home, we opened it to find something entirely different: a chocolate ice-cream–style cake with peppermint. Not only was this not what I ordered, but neither of us likes peppermint, and it had an odd smell. It was immediately clear that a mistake had been made. I called the restaurant to clarify what happened. The hostess answered someone whose voice I recognized and her response was shockingly dismissive. She said they “changed it at the last minute,” as if that excused giving customers something they didn't order or want. When I explained we paid $9x2 for a specific dessert we did not receive, she offered no apology, no explanation, no solution, and no attempt to make it right. The call ended with a casual “okay, have a good night,” which was frankly unacceptable. Having worked in customer service for years, I can confidently say this is not how you handle a guest's concern. Great food and great servers deserve better support from the front-of-house team. So yes, Harvest, this is a one-star review. *

Great service and right on time getting us in. I made the reservation online . The service was great the food is amazing. It was nice a quiet not to crowded. Our dinner was cooked perfect. Great place to eat.

It's a nice restaurant with a nice atmosphere. I didn't realize they don't serve alcohol which was annoying. That should have been posted on the website. Service was slow but they were very friendly. I don't think the food was worth the price.

We've been going to Harvest Restaurant since they opened. Until recently it was our favorite restaurant in Utah Valley. However, for the past three times we've dined there the food has not been as good as in years past. I'm not sure if there are new chefs, or what the problem is. Also, they've taken some of their very best (in our opinion) items off their menu, and again, we don't know why; it's just disappointing. I love the people and the atmosphere, but sadly, the food is simply not as good as it used to be.

Food was terrible. We were seated right at opening and the rolls were cold and not fresh. It was obvious they were from the night before and had barely been put in the warmer. We had the pasta and the noodles were overcooked and pasty and the sauce was so thick it was unappetizing. Ate a few bites and that was enough. The first time I went was with a Thanksgiving Point executive and the meal was excellent. I'm wondering if that's why it was so good because this was disappointing. I'll try them one more time to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Not worth the price. Our server was nice but kind of forgetful and some of the food was a little cold when she brought it to us. The food was good but not much better than you'd get at Applebee's. I will say that if you have celiac or a gluten allergy, they are very mindful and safe with cross-contamination. Overall, a nice night out but not worth the price. Most likely will not be returning.

I'm stuffed. Wow, we had a great dinner. Our problem was we were very hungry when we showed up. Everything on the menu looked delicious, so of course, we ordered a lot. I had the prime rib. My wife had the halibut. We also started with the artichoke spinach dip. Yes, all delicious. We're going back soon to try a bunch of other dishes.
I'm sorry to say but the changes aren't great. Feels like a restaurant that no longer knows what it is. Menu options were disappointing and my husband and I both felt unwell after eating our fish. The service, as always, was great, but after being long time customers, I'm not sure we'll be back.

The food here was SOOOOOO good. I had the halibut and the table shared dessert. They brought fresh baked, very tasty bread to the table and our drinks were never empty. Everything from start to finish was good and everyone who ordered a started loved what they got. Portions are very generous. Service was fabulous. Atmosphere is nice, I went for a business dinner but it's not where you'd take a first date. The server made fabulous recommendations and was very knowledgeable about every little thing on the menu and she had a great personality to boot. I would definitely eat there again. We made a reservation so there was no wait.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from start to finish. Our waitress didn't provide even the minimum level of service you'd expect at a sit-down restaurant. We ordered the Shrimp Nachos — I wouldn't recommend them at all. If you want good ones, I'd suggest going to Cheesecake Factory, where I usually get mine. The meatloaf was overly large, but came with far too few sides to balance it out. Overall, it was too expensive for the wrong kind of ambience. Definitely not a place I'd return to.
