“We used 1% Fitness for corporate catering at our office. The food was phenomenal!! So many menu options, we loved the variety. Everything was so fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend for your employees. Healthy food at the office was a big morale boost. They even have tasty treats. ???

“The service was good and it's a nicely decorated location. I'm not sure my food was cooked long enough though. I ordered the shakshuka (poached eggs in a tomato-based stew) and the whites were clear. I've never had this dish before, so maybe the eggs are supposed to be raw, but I'm not really comfortable with anything beyond runny yolks.“

“My husband & I are from out of town & we seriously covet the shakes from this place!!! I don’t know how they make them so good (especially for being a nutritional shake shop) but they are absolutely delicious! I have tried these flavors & loved them all:
-Derby Pie: insanely good if you’re a chocolate fan!
-Pistachio Almond: not too sweet & really refreshing. Would make a great breakfast option.
-Cinnamon Toast Crunch: really sweet & decadent & tastes just like the milk after a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
& pictured is the Banana Pudding: SOO insanely creamy & delicious. (Derby Pie & Banana Pudding are my top favorites so far) Staff is always awesome & the atmosphere is great. We also deeply appreciate that all shakes are dairy free & can be made gluten free upon request. Amazing place, truly!“

“I love Aubergine and I regularly eat at another location. However, I was unfortunately surprised by this location’s service.

Food took a long time to come out (can be understandable), but what I received when it finally came out was poor. The falafel was ice cold and rock hard. The greens were somehow like stale?

The portion sizes were also by far the smallest I’ve ever received at Aubergine (not the end of the world), but even my dressing was filled up only like 1/4 of the way.

It all seemed very sloppy. Probably won’t be back to this location. Employees were nice, just felt the offering was really lacking.

“We were in Provo for 4 days and we ate at Aubergine kitchen 3 times.
We just loved it that much! Nothing disappointed us. The smoothies are amazing, the food is health focused without sacrificing deliciousness, and the menu is extensive.
The highlight for me is the Madeira steak bowl.“

“I have a hard time finding clean ingredient places I can eat due to my Ulcertive Colitis. This place is AWESOME! Good food, clean food, REAL food and it's delicious!! Also, it has a fantastic environment, I love the vibe. Live green plants everywhere, good music, its was chill and comfortable. Also my kids are all picky eaters and they all found something here that they were happy with and ate all of. They even have reverse osmosis water in their drinking fountains! And their store is great as well! I 100% recommended this place and It will now be my go to eat out place.“

“Hands down the best meal prep place on the planet. Linzie is the most helpful lady in the universe and will drop anything to help her clients. The food is awesome, the treats make you feel like you’re cheating and the customer service will blow your mind. 5 days down, 92 more of pure bliss to go. “I don’t normally write reviews but this place deserves something! I don’t know how to begin in words how much I love this place. From the quality of food to quality of customer service, easily a 10 out of 10! The employees are always quick to help and are so friendly! Now when it comes to the food, HOLY cheese bread! Delicious! They’re better than my Brazilian grandmas! Shhh. Also little weird but all the employees are low key good looking. I don’t know if anyone else has noticed but they’re hella fine.“

“My family eats here regularly, great place for hitting macros, getting more veggies and protein. Because it’s a healthier place, not everyone will love it (specially kids), and it’s not fast food, but it’s ready pretty quick! Here are my favorites: skinny salmon bowl, Santa Fe bowl, fueled Cobb salad, and their protein cookies. My family loves their protein pancakes (chocolate dipped and pb&j), nuts and berries protein açaí bowl, fueled monster bowl, and blackened chicken Caesar wrap.“

“I had the power bowl with extra lettuce and chicken noodle soup. The power bowl was amazing! Loved all the ingredients together. Opted for a different dressing, so delish. Soup was good but average. Rolls are yummy. The chocolate covered strawberry are a nice touch! I’m not from the area, first time, very happy with my meal. The dining room was cold and a long wait in line. Great staff!!“
