Unfortunately our pick up order was awful. The tenders were burnt, dried out and small. My App would not allow me to use a coupon for the advertised free nuggets so I purchased a kid's meal. There were 4 nuggets instead of 5 and both the nuggets and fries were cold. They also did not give use the drink that comes with the meal. We will not be eating here any longer.

I have been to three different locations of Houstons Hot Chicken. Two of them have provided a very forgettable experience. This location has consistently provided the best hot chicken sandwich I have been able to find in all of Utah.
Have great service and nice aesthetics for sure but coming from Florida and having been to a number of places with great food, this food was trash 🚮 I paid 25 dollars for a chicken sandwich and tender and a lemonade. I didn’t enjoy any of it, you can tell most of the money and effort goes towards aesthetics and flashy graphics, not the food.
