Food is super expensive. They nickel and dime you. The burgers are dry. You get a better burger from In-n-out. They suckered us in with the smell. Don’t let your nose fool you!! Not worth it.

I absolutely love this JCW's. Their food is very fresh and tasty. I had dental work done and was unable to eat my BLT. The manager was so kind. He offered to make me a softer sandwich @ no cost) and even convinced me that their shakes were the way to go. Delicious cherry cheesecake brownie 🍨 scrumptiousness! My mouth is watering now. 🥲 The only ding I have to give was for the drive-thru lines...ugh! Not worth the wait, the gas or the Jerkwad behind me, that hates me now because of it!

I enjoyed my hamburger and fries. The shakes look really good, but I didn’t have one maybe next time. This was my first time at this restaurant.
Love waiting 30 minutes to end up only getting half of the food I was already paying too much for, with the fries dumped in the bag upside-down. Edit: came back for the first time in a while. Half of the fries were burnt, and one healthy-looking one near the end tasted the way oven cleaner smells.

I'm my opinion they have the best burgers in the Utah fast food genre. Been coming here for years, and I still come back here after moving away. The All-American burger is my favorite. It's what a hamburger should taste like.
