Went at 1:30 and was out by 2:10. Friendly quick service. And the food was delicious. The milkshakes are so yummy! We ordered oreo caramel. Hamburgers were so good and the kids chicken was so moist and tender. Yummy!

Yesterday I had the worst experience eating my JCW double. I don't usually check my food, but this time I wanted to and I found a “screw!” I didn't take any photos because we quickly complained about the food. I was lucky to notice it, otherwise it could have cost me my life.

Ordered multiple grasshopper shakes that have almost NO Oreo or Mint flavoring in it. It’s a tub of vanilla soft serve with an Oreo on It. Not impressed.

I ordered in the drive-through and my order was repeated back to me correct. Then had to wait 25 minutes in line behind two other cars. I received my order drove home and realized they had missed half the order. I called and the And the manager said I’m sorry this happened sometimes. Unacceptable he then told me my order was only for the cheese fries and the upgraded shake and did not include the burger. I told him it was repeated back to me and I wanted to come back and get the burger and the cheese fries. He He said they could get the cheese Cheese fries ordered, but I would have to pay for the burger, even though it was their mistake. I told him I would be there in about 15 minutes. I guys still had to wait for the cheese fries I asked about the burger and he said I would have to get into the line to re-order that even though it was their mistake. This is very crappy service and I do not think my family or I will return.

The food is always delicious. It was a busy night. I ordered a combo meal. It came with a burger, drink, two fry sauces and NO FRIES. My shake was very melts. I would still go back, just not on a busy night.

I waiting over 30 min in the drive through at 9:30 at night for 2 small shakes. They are sooo slow and didn’t once get an apology or anything. Save your time and go literally any where besides this over priced joke of a chain
Sitting here in the Lehi JCWs drive through line. Going on 45 mins and counting. Menu and drive up speakers weren’t working and when we finally get to the window, he told us we owed $24.89… for WHAT? We didn’t order! We will be in this line for 60 mins by the time we get our food (I’m using my phone stop watch). No thanks JCWs… if you can’t handle the drive through, CLOSE it down for the night and but all your people on the customers and better service. The 2 drive through guys are literally just chatting it up with one another cause they don’t take any other orders for 10-15 till the next car pulls up! Do better, man! I’ve had plenty of time in my car to review the service, so, sorry not leaving satisfied.

The disorganization of this restaurant is unmatched! The immensely SLOW service and consequently cold burgers, the melted shakes and the cold fries show a complete disregard for the paying customer. The very poor service was maddening at best! It’s hard to understand WHY….the disconnect between food preparation and food delivery does not coordinate. This is something the owner/manager should understand/ know/ teach the employees. JCW has a pretty good menu, it’s too bad the service is so so terrible and thus an unpleasant experience. Less desirable food but much better service (the timing) wins every time. Not only will I never go back but neither will my friends and everyone else I can forewarn!!!
