No great, super dirty, tables were covers in food and sticky. The food was burnt and sub par, we stood for 5 mins waiting to give our order 15 mins after preferring we went up to ask how long, they didn’t even start it. Then we got the wrong dogs. I won’t be back. Update, although I haven’t used it may not, I well say the customer service from the corporate office is truly caring about the way they represent their company. I was reached out to and received a gift card. I’m upgrading to a 3 star from a 1 star for their professionalism.

If you like hot dogs, you’ll probably enjoy this place. It was pretty busy right at lunch, so clearly popular. Personally, I thought it seemed a little pricey for what you get. I’m not a big hot dog connoisseur, but honestly, Costco’s $1.50 hot dog tasted just as good to me (minus the char-grilled flavor, of course). Overall, it was okay - but the portion didn’t feel like enough for a meal. I left thinking it should really come with two dogs instead of one.
Longest wait for jdawgs I have ever had. And there was no line. I thought this was somewhat the intention to be fast. it took 20 + minutes. At 925 pm on a Friday.
Actually it’s not a delicate balance when things are that wrong it’s time for owner to take responsibility and step in before business goes downhill but it seems like that’s the direction ownership doesn’t mind taking at this point versus showing up and improving the culture.

I am a J.Dawgs lover. I will eat this as often as I can. Even though there’s only two different dog options, the toppings and varieties cause me to have a different dog every time. And the sauce? Absolutely fire. An amazing price point and even better branding. My only wish: that every location served fries like the Provo spot.

WOW!!! What a great spot! Taylor, mason and Kayden killllled it! This was my first time ever trying J dawgs and come to find out this spot was a hit! The team was very friendly. Taylor was damn right with recommending the polish dawg! I will definitely be returning AS OFTEN AS I CAN! Thank you team!
