It's Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches are pretty good and the concept is solid. When it comes down to whether one of their restaurants is good or not, it really boils down each independent operator. This one is solid. The sandwiches were good and well assembled. the prices are set by the company so they're what you're expecting and the service was good. If i was in the mood for Jersey Mikes, I'd be fine with eating here again

TERRIBLE service. They were slow, didn’t pay attention to the order and when we got home it was opposite of what we asked for. I called and asked them to re-male it. They didn’t start until I returned to the store because they had to verify it was an order placed. Then while making it they mocked what we’d asked for loudly.

Door Dashed a big order for my team today, and Jersey Mike's nailed every detail.The #43 chipotle cheesesteak on wheat bread that I ordered, hit the spot. Was worried that their wheat bread would be dry, but that was not the case.

Dietary restrictions: Ate with my granddaughter who has celiac disease. They are willing and able to accommodate her dietary needs and were kind and very careful to meet her needs. Will definitely go there again.
I entered the restaurant and as I did, I received an important phone call from the VA Clinic regarding an upcoming appointment. There was a short line of people ordering, so I opted to stand near a table and go on with my phone call. The line quickly cleared out, but I was not ready to enter the line to order my food, so I stayed off to the side. Approximately 5 minutes later (no more than 10 mins total of being inside of the restaurant), the manager got my attention and asked me if I had ordered food. I told him that I had not. He then advised me that I needed to leave the restaurant. I told him that I was on the phone and would be ordering soon. He still advised me that I needed to leave. I was appalled.I was not causing any disturbance or doing anything wrong. I asked to speak to the manager and the gentleman (Preston) told me that he was the manager. I asked to speak to the owner and Preston told me that he was the owner as well. This was extremely embarassing and I am very disappointed. I recently started eating at Jersey Mike's (mainly the one in Jordan Landing), but due to this experience, I will not be going back.

My BF got a roast beef provolone sandwich, spent $14 on the damn thing. The bread is dry AF and the sandwich is tasteless even after putting salt on it.
