Disappointing to come here anymore and wait so long in line while they’re making all the call in sandwiches and in person customers wait. Then they drag the sandwiches down the line, mixing condiments with those dirty gloves, they don’t like to be asked to change them and I watched them complain about it to each other. Then I’m told I’m going to be charged for wanting bacon on my sandwich when it comes with it. Don’t clean off the knife to cut the sandwiches. It’s just turning into a dirty sandwich shop. Don’t know when I’ll be back. They clean the board with that little scraper but it doesn’t remove the taste of the pickles and onions and oil and vinegar on it. Asking for my sandwich to go down the line on a piece of paper is like asking for the world.

The girl making my sandwich gave AMAZING service tonight!! I have a very talkative 8 year old, she was super sweet to him! She was quick at making my sub too. Very impressed!! Gotta love Jersey Mike’s!! The staff here is always so friendly when we come.

Just left; my sub took 15 minutes to get ready. And it tastes just ok. I will never come back. It’s 3:30pm So no excuses for this delay. Just terrible service. If you are looking for a sub don’t go there. Just terrible experience.

My experience here was super frustrating. I never leave bad reviews but my sister and I were saving our jersey mikes gift cards from Christmas to come together and finally did, and when we came in to order there was no line but the workers waited over 5 minutes to even acknowledge us at the order counter, then it took like 8 min to make the two sandwhiches and when I paid and went to leave they didn’t even give me time after paying for the meal to put my card away and grab my food before they had the next person in lines food mixed into my pile of food and was ringing them up when I clearly wasn’t done at the counter and didn’t even get a full 10 seconds before I was pushed out and onto the next. We left the restaurant in a sour mood from the interaction and when we got home and went to eat our sandwiches, we realized they never finished making them and they were both missing all the produce that came with it… I actually cried as silly as it is because it was such a frustrating experience and to pay what they’re charging ($20 in gift cards plus $8 out of pocket for 2 sandwhiches a regular drink and a cookie) and get home and not even have what you ordered… sorry but now days if you’re going to charge an arm and a leg for a sandwich, you sure as shit better make it how I ordered. Honestly wouldn’t go back to this location and since the next closest is 10 min away it’s unlikely it’ll be a place I visit again anytime soon.

I travel for work, I eat at a lot of different Jersey Mike’s locations, and it always makes me happy when I can grab a bite to eat here at my “home location” because the service is truly top-notch. Charles, Grace, Garon, and Nate, run the store like a well-oiled machine, and always deliver quality food and quality customer service.
