As always, the food was excellent. The premise of this review is to single out the exceptional service that we had experienced. Chris Krueger took our order, coordinated all aspects of food service for each meal being prepared for every customer during our dining experience and all while engaging each customer to ensure they had a great experience. We have both worked in hospitality for 29 years, and were blown away by the manner in which we were served. Chris is an exceptional talent who clearly cares about the experience of each and every customer.Thank you!

I was very impressed with our visit tonight. The guy taking our order was super friendly and talking to us. The guy making our sandwiches impressed me because he washed his hands after ringing up the customer before us before making our sandwiches. The guy at the register informed us of the manager special saving us money. It was very clean and inviting. I have not been as impressed with a food establishment as I have this visit for a long time

Waited twenty minutes for an online order that was never started. Asked multiple times and watched people come and leave while my order was ignored.I get it’s busy but this store is clearly mismanaged.

Picking up food for my grandma. I can see the bag of food ready to go. The staff helped 3 white men that came in after us and the en decided to give us food. Don’t come here if you are a women or queer. Horrible service horrible.

Lunch dudes were awesome and efficient today. Jersey Mike's is one of our favorites of the sandwich places. I got the Philly this time and it was pretty good, I think you can go to actual Philly places and get better ones. I do like the buffalo chicken though. I really like the oil and vinegar they use.One thing I do wish is that there was a size between regular and giant. Regular is under foot long and giant is way too big.
