The crispy chicken was good, but the signature beef Raman was not my favorite, the soup tasted like bbq sauce, I just don’t think personally that go well with ramen soup. A little pricy. Service was great!

Music is too loud (I like the genre of music they play)
Ramen is above average
Price is way too high for above average ramen.

I frequent this place probably about every other week. The Ramen is absolutely amazing. Can’t go wrong with any appetizer that they have, The absolute best is the fried. They also have really good vegetarian options. I have never had a bad experience at this place until today and I have been going for probably about two years now to this location. But I do not blame that on the location. My server was absolutely horrible. He was also serving the people next to me, which I feel bad for because it was their first time, even trying Ramen, and I overheard them speaking to each other about the fact that they would never come back Other than this one server this place is absolutely perfect. Every other employee is very attentive without seeming annoying or pushy and everybody else has great customer service I will recommend this place time and time again.

Definitely expensive for the amount of food they give, pretty sure every other ramen place I have gone to gives better amount for your money. The atmosphere and service was good though 👍
Good spot!

The Takoyaki tasted fine but they seemed a bit soft - they wouldn't even stay on the toothpick like stick. Much more filling than it looked however.
Great food, a bit pricey. Hint to server: Don't sit the first people that arrive first by the door. It's highly irritating to have the heat and light from people coming and going. Reserve that for people that come later when the restaurant is full....
Been back several times. We always find the food and service great. Seating arrangements, however, just aren't great. There doesn't appear to much that can be done about given the space they have. Non-cushioned chairs.

I did the Lunch Deal with JINYA Tonkotsu Black and Crispy Chicken, and ordered Nikuman. The Tonkotsu Black was delicious, and I would order it again. I know the seasoned egg is a marketing tool here, but to be honest, I didn't get the hype. But again, the ramen was really good. The Crispy Chicken was better than the Nikuman, so I'd recommend that route if you do the lunch special.
The service was excellent. Our waitress was helpful and provided great recommendations.
It's an intimate dining room, but I enjoyed the vibe of the place. The main reservation I had on the food is that it's premium pricing, but it doesn't deliver the equivalent satisfaction. Asa Ramen in Orem provides the same quality of food for almost half the price. I think you're really paying for the name and table service here. Overall, it's good food and excellent service, but it's not worth the price tag for me.

Its ok. Tables are super small if you bring kids. I got the wonton Ramen bowl. It was just ok.

We are hooked. My kids love love love the kids meal. The ramen is some of the best in the state. Don't cheat yourself and add some toppings to your ramen. Garlic, seasoned eggs, and plenty more tasty morsels to personalize your ramen.
