Food was tasty, not the most flavorful ramen I’ve had but still delicious. Had the JINYA Tonkatsu Black; cha shu melted in my mouth !! It wasn’t as garilicky as I hoped, even with the garlic oil. Overall though, satisfied my ramen itch especially on a snowy night.
Dietary restrictions: If you have a shellfish allergy… choices will be super limited, so just a heads up !!

This was my first time trying a ramen place, and I absolutely loved the food here! Everything was flavorful and well-prepared, making for a delicious dining experience. The service was also really good, friendly and attentive throughout.
The only downside, and the reason I can’t give 5 stars, was the volume of the music. It was too loud and it made having a conversation difficult, which took away from the overall experience. If the music volume could be adjusted, it would make a huge difference.
That said, the ambiance was otherwise enjoyable, and this spot is perfect for casual dining, not ideal for a date, but still a great choice for excellent ramen. I’d definitely come back!

Food is great! The price has always been on the upper end, however the serving sizes were what you would expect. Unfortunately, now the cost went even higher and serving sizes are about half what they were. For example, the kids meal (~$15) you get about 15 fries now and the chicken ramen was a joke! It didn't even fill the bottom of the bowl. It just isn't justified to eat here. Hope they change. They lost long time customers.

Good food. Love the small salmon tacos. Never come here anymore because of the price. Won’t be back. They definitely are going to price themselves out of business.

Overpriced for quality and poorly staffed. Service was terrible. Our party was adults and one toddler and it was the toddler's food they forgot. Who feeds a table full of people and expects the toddler to wait for theirs after everyone else has eaten. We let someone know because our waitress was ignoring us By the time they discussed it and said it was being made, we had fe the toddler from our meals and were almost completely finished with our meals. We were given no.napkins. I had to get up and get napkins twice. Our food was served with no utensils or chop sticks. I had a $17 bowl of ramen with two small piece of white meet and a little spinach. I could have made this at home but much better quality and with a descent amount of chicken. The child's meal was given to us to go after we were all ready to leave. What's the point?
Definitely do not recommend.
Absolute shit service. And $18 for some ok noodles
We waited for 15 minutes after being seated for someone to take our order. The cucumber/mint/lime drink I ordered was slimy and lacked any mint or lime. Pretty sure it was just half a cucumber blended with some room temperature water. Ramen was decent.

Good, but really pricey for ramen. I’ve had the best ramen at mom & pop restaurants for half the price (yes, even in 2024).
Jinya has a cool vibe (dark interior, dance floor music), though it’s a bit loud.

The most expensive ramen in the area, and nothing differentiates it from the competition. Freezing cold inside so we decided to get our food to go. The waiter provided excellent service.

Surprisingly yummy, nearly Japan level!
Was actually way better than the Murray location, but it’s been so long since going there- maybe both are better now.
Anyway, this Lehi Jinya has my vote!

Good ramen and a nice variety of ramen options. Other options other than ramen as well. The shrimp wonton ramen is really good.

Really good Ramen, but more expensive than other Ramen shops without really having it be any better. Their ambiance and style is better is about all I can say.
