This wasn't by far the Worst KFC I've ever been to. My order was all messed up. I ordered a chicken breast and a thigh, Extra Crispy, and got a breast and a leg, and it was original, not extra crispy! The drink was horrible so I went inside and EVERY drink had no carbonation! When I told them that, they said yah, they knew! They made No attempt to offer anything in exchange after I had paid for the drink! I went through the drive through to order and was asked to go to the front of the store and wait. After waiting 20 minutes I went in. It took another 10 minutes to get my order! I won't be visiting that KFC in the future. Poor service and didn't seem to care. They never said sorry for the wait!!

Store was clean. Ordered 2 piece meal. Charged for a 3 piece meal. KFC never has extra crispy. I don't know why I bother. I was not asked what side I wanted. I guess I look like a mashed potato type person. Wrong, I don't like mashed potatoes at all.

This location is really lacking at their customer service. One time I asked for a large potato with my order. But they don't allow you to upgrade, you have to order separately. You often have to pull into the front to wait for your order but there's never a line in the drive thru. They never give you honey or butter with your biscuits and the food is mediocre (but it's fast food).

Just wanted 2 do Sumthing Difrent,& maybe just take a drive,plus put off riding of storage that I hate doing,& was a little further from draper than I thot,but Ivan the manager was Amazing,& helpd a not 2 savy senior,in a bettr discount,& was just so nice & friendly,& made it oh so worth while in coming this far,& Wil do it again.Cudos 2 Ivan,I Realy Apreciate it so much,God bless Ivan,& thanks 4 making my day,& filling my tummy up. Twice in a row, I have been shorted food at the window. It is a huge inconvenience to return and burn up more fuel. I shouldn't have to do an inventory check every time. Slow down and get it right. ?
Placed an order online around 8:30 pm food was supposed to be ready at 8:50 pm order extra crispy pulled up to the drive-thru and said it wasn’t ready and that I would have to wait another 20 min. First time at this location and disappointed. American fork location better.

I Love going to KFC in Lehi. The food is always hot & fresh. I am always greeted with a smile. Ivan is one of the hardest working employees & he’s always always friendly & kind. He goes above & beyond every single time. He is my favorite employee & no matter how busy he is he is always calm & nice.He is very hard working and he has never gotten my order wrong. You are lucky to have such a great employee that makes me want to keep coming back.
