I used to love coming here I went to day for my birthday and the server got my order completely wrong and told me I didn't order correctly even tho I have gotten said order in past correct and she then told me that I didn't she's skinny and rude! I ordered around 5:20 ish

Staple of the community. Great people, super yummy food. We live LA Fountain.
It's a nice place. The service is a little slow, and you have to flag down the waiter a few times. The food is good and the prices are reasonable.

We have a 7 year running joke about about this place, and goes like this: "American Fork La Fountain doesn't exist" Why? We love the La Fountains in Riverton, Herriman, Sandy. This location though is just outright terrible. Last night we were in the area again and were feeling Mexican so we decided to give it another chance. It had been a couple years since our last visit and we were thinking "Maybe its improved or they are under new management." Nope, the entire situation was so bad it was just comical. Reasons: 1) They "preload" the chips/salsa & a pitcher of water onto the tables at dinner time. Great, efficiency, awesome. The problem though comes in when you've been sitting for 15 minutes, out of salsa, and your server still hasn't come by to introduce themselves or take your order. 2) The food here doesn't taste the same as the other La Fountains. The combination platter is "infused" with hot chili powder. The beans are off. Smothered burrito are half the size and the sauce is different. 3) More expensive. No "Combo" meals. 4) Don't expect a refill if you order a (very expensive) soda. 5) Better ask for your check when the server drops off your food because you'll never see him again. Overall - They should rename this restaurant because a "La Fountain" it is not. Worst service I've received at ANY eating establishment by far. If you're in the area, pick somewhere else... literally ... anywhere else but here.

Waiter was possibly the rudest I've ever encountered. Wasn't interested in us as customers... He just wanted us to order, pay, and get I out. Had to ask for menus. Never filled out water. The red enchilada sauce was easy too hot. I tried hard to make my way through it. Up late at night with a stomach that wouldn't quit churning. Not sick, but from the fire. They forgot our tamale. They came only at the end to give us our bill at which point we were not interested in the tamale. He wasn't going to take it off the bill. We had to ask.

This is the third time we have been here. So we have given them a chance. Service is always poor. They act like you’re taking their precious time away from them, you’re bothering them.Each time we have had to get up and get the to go box ourselves. They bring the food, then never return.Food is ok, nothing spectacular.We will not be returning for a4th time. There are better places to go with better service and food.
The waiter was upside down and the table where like ufos. Bussin! Sick place.Also the food was big and very yummy I've been there only once.

My family and I visit La Fountain often. Tomas, the owner, is always friendly and smiling. I usually ask for a squeeze bottle of the hotter salsa for the chips and my meal. A family favorite.
