What used to be a quick, fast, simple pizza order pickup had become a daunting wait game. It's a pizza joint, that's your whole menu of the establishment. Yes you have overpriced wings, breadsticks, and soda pop but pizza is the main thing. How is anyone waiting 30+ min for pizza!! 30+ min!! The location down the street in SS is the same! Better management is in order. It's pizza!! SMH

Started out good as we called in our order for pickup and employee was competent and understandingwhen we indicated we were short on time. We were then asked to pay a tip for our carryout order, which I did not pay (I'm a generous tipper ordinarily but tips for carryout is absurd). We were the only customers in the store and were told order would be done in two minutes.
Quite some time later I finally flagged an employee down and asked for the status on our order. He turned around, looked at a rack, and said here it is. We were already late so this setback was very irritating as it seemed intentional.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband walked in and ordered 2 pizzas and the guys said it would be 7 minutes. 40 minutes later he walked out. HORRIBLE service. There is a little ceasars in Saratoga 3 minutes further go there instead of this location.

We live in-between this Lehi location and the Saratoga Springs location and we always choose this one. Taylor is always friendly and respectful. Appreciate the consistency at this location.
I came at around 9:52am it wasn’t open till 10:30 the lady told me so I asked if I could we inside it? She said no but she said she offered me a coupon that I could use for crazy bread and fundraising and so I just decided to wait in the parking lot and get some other things done and then came in at 10:30 and got a pizza and then used a coupon and got a. got free crazy bread with any large hot and ready pizza totally worth it
