Not truly family friendly. They offer a kids play area but the bathrooms are locked and there’s no diaper changing station. Please consider adding a changing station in your bathrooms. All parents need a clean a safe place to change their babies and toddlers.

The Lehi Mcdonanld's is always fully staffed and provides quick service. It is usually busy most weekdays and weekends but the food comes out in a very quick manner.

Don’t order breakfast online if you are 1 minute late no matter how early you place the order they will no longer serve breakfast. I was there at 10 saw the line was going to take a while so I ordered online while I waited so I could get breakfast then when I made it to the order screen they said they were just gonna cancel my order cause they weren’t doing breakfast.

Placed breakfast order online at 10 but they won’t give me the items I ordered after I had to wait in the drive thru line for 20 minutes.
there is no point in customizing anything. it wasn't anything crazy, just no whipped cream on a frozen latte and add mayo to a cheeseburger but both were wrong. usually no big deal but trying to flag anyone down to get help is impossible. yes, I realize this is McDonald's but McDonald's used to be at least accurate and friendly. the play area is nice though.
