Order something got a total different thing people cant do their job right

Ordered a large water along with my order in the drive thru. They didn’t include the water so I walked inside asking for it and they refused to give it to me because people fill them up with soda? Like come on I go here regularly and I’m not going through a drive thru twice because of a water when there’s a big line for the drive through and no line inside.

In June 2025, we visited the McDonald's in East Lehi by the Lehi Roller Mills. We use the McDonald's App and we find good deals using the App. The food tasted good and was freshly prepared. We enjoyed using the ketchup machine there instead of opening up the individual ketchup packets. The deals on the McDonald's App have won us over to take advantage of these deals. I highly recommend this McDonald's location and using the McDonald's App to find deals.

terrible service, your serve machine gave a price $3 more than the app. Without anyone available to take our order, my wife did it through the app. We weren't close to home so we thought we got the correct location. It turned out it was 40 miles away. When we told the location they said it will not change us. We googled it and it said to call the other location, they weren't helpful either. We ordered again then called customer service and finally got a credit after 45 minutes. It was a $12 order. I wish we could never go to McDonald's again, my youngest is 11, only a few more years and we won't have to go to McDonald's again.

Ordered 6 McMuffins, and they wouldn't accept a coupon to get one free for completing a survey. No where does the coupon say it's only valid at the store on the receipt. You lost this customer... but you saved $3. Bravo!
Ordered breakfast for my corporate team through the McDonalds app. I was on my way to pick it up when I received notification that it was cancelled. I know from past orders that the store has contact information for orders and could have given me a heads up. Do better, McDonalds.

How hot is it how hot should it be to get ketchup with your order?? Well their service was ridiculous if they forget to put it in the bag you should be able to walk right up and get ketchup well if it's locked because they're closing you would go back to the drive-thru, well we didn't want to go back around through the drive-thru so my friend walked up to the window and asked the first window well they didn't have any back there so instead I'm walking up to the front herself to get it because clearly it's closed she says that he has to go of their, at that point he had cars mad at him saying get out of the way you homeless mother trucker, so we ended up just leaving because we were so pissed off and the fries were cold by the end of the ordeal. So a little tip for night time employees, don't be lazy to your drive thru customers.
