Took over 20 min to get my food they call that fast food then when I got my food they gave me the wrong size drink I asked them for the bigger size and he said NO WHERE TO BUZY!! even though nobody was there

They’re absolutely awful at getting things out timely and decent I know mc Donald’s isn’t the most premium brand but 99% of the time I’ve gone within the last 5 months I’ve been made to pull to the last spot in drive through despite ordering ahead and regardless of how few items I have, even then the bun is almost stale every time and the middle is barely warm by the time I eat it not even 2 minutes later. Do NOT go here they are so incompetent as a crew whatever manager is supposed to be keeping things good is not doing right.

I just had a terrible experience here, I never have written a google review but that was so bad I’m actually doing it. The lady in the drive thru speaker recommended their new Mint Oreo McFlurry so I ordered it. They asked me to pull past the window and wait for them to make it. I was the only person in the drive thru and it took 8 minutes for them to bring me the McFlurry. When the lady handed me the McFlurry it was not Mint and they told me I hadn’t ordered mint (I only ordered mint because she recommended it). It took another 7 minutes before they came back with the McFlurry which was clearly the same McFlurry with a TON of mint syrup on top not mixed in at all. The top layer tasted like listerine and the bottom 80% had no flavor. After a total of 15 minutes and 2 attempts this crew absolutely ruined my opinion of this location.

i cant even believe the customer service experience i had today at the drive thru. i work in customer service and i get that sometimes you have a bad day and can’t deal with customers, but this woman that i had a problem with today.. ALWAYS has an attitude. everytime i go through the drive thru she manages to find a way to make my day worse, just looking at her evil face makes my day bad. today she raised her voice at me for no reason. i am ALWAYS nice to those working in the food industry because i understand their jobs are hard but this woman needs to be fired. this mcdonald’s has THE WORST customer service, with almost all their employees acting annoyed at any word muttered to them. it has been this way for YEARS, yes years. and i’m sick of the evil woman at the second window who seems to summon satan within herself everytime i open my mouth to say they forgot something. if i were you id drive across the street to chick fil a next time you want mcdonald’s, because at least over there they’re trained on how to be NICE to their customers.

DONT COME HERE!!!! This mcdonald’s is genuinely the worst location I’ve ever been at. This one lady bitched at me and told me to “get it together” practically screaming at me through the window. You’ll never guess what I did… I literally simply told her that my order was wrong. And she SCREAMED AND SPAT IN MY FACE WHILE YELLING. Absolutely immeasurably horrible. The CEO himself needs to fire every single worker. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

The drive through is the most abhorrent experience I have ever had. The absolutely terrible design has damaged at least 1 wheel on 4 SEPARATE CARS I've had, and I have NEVER curbed my vehicle literally anywhere else. If you want to have a damaged car, have to wait forever to get your food because they don't know how to properly manage it, and get the wrong sauces without fail, boy is this the McDonald's for you!

I’ve started coming to this location because they actually have staff trying to attend to customers inside! Even using the self-serve kiosk, someone offered to assist us. The lobby attendant might be a new position, but it’s on point!

I like McDonald’s as much as the next guy if that guy likes McDonalds. Now here is the reason I gave 3 stars. As soon as I got my straw I could feel it snap with two fingers of strength. I got another straw and carefully unwrapped it only to accidentally bend it while driving and the new straw snapped too. I can imagine customers like me as a kid that might chew on their straws. But these are very fragile. And as poor as I am I like getting my soda for a cheap price. Wish it was different. But that’s up to you McDonald’s. I love that you don’t charge for pickle, lettuce, or mayo. It makes it easier to add a little more calories to your food without braking double digit spending.
