Playplace was clean, and the food is the same as every other McDonald's, but they did not have a changing table in the bathroom, and you have to ask them to unlock the door. I had to change my baby's diaper on the dining room bench.

I have not been to McDonald’s in years and after my experience last night I will not be returning! Terrible customer Service at this location! My friend was having a birthday party for her five year-old girl and we all ordered happy meals. She had brought a cake but did not have forks. I had my girls go and ask for forks and they said they could not give out more than two forks. I proceeded to ask for forks and one of the young workers was about to give me six forks and I’m assuming a manager said no do not give them too many forks no no no! I asked why it was a problem to get plastic forks from them for a birthday cake and she said that her boss would not approve. I said any other fast food restaurant would happily give out plastic forks to their customers. They ended up giving me the forks but it was the weirdest, most Unfriendly atmosphere I have ever been in. How terrible that million dollar company did not want to hand out six plastic forks for a little girls birthday cake!! Shame on McDonald’s!!!

loved it! i’ve seen people complain about the language barrier well.. sucks to suck because as a girl who speaks both english & spanish, it’s great! the employees are super nice and understanding, i don’t live in the area, but i would for sure come again when i’m around!! 😇💓🙏

Took over 20 min to get my food they call that fast food then when I got my food they gave me the wrong size drink I asked them for the bigger size and he said NO WHERE TO BUZY!! even though nobody was there

They’re absolutely awful at getting things out timely and decent I know mc Donald’s isn’t the most premium brand but 99% of the time I’ve gone within the last 5 months I’ve been made to pull to the last spot in drive through despite ordering ahead and regardless of how few items I have, even then the bun is almost stale every time and the middle is barely warm by the time I eat it not even 2 minutes later. Do NOT go here they are so incompetent as a crew whatever manager is supposed to be keeping things good is not doing right.

I just had a terrible experience here, I never have written a google review but that was so bad I’m actually doing it. The lady in the drive thru speaker recommended their new Mint Oreo McFlurry so I ordered it. They asked me to pull past the window and wait for them to make it. I was the only person in the drive thru and it took 8 minutes for them to bring me the McFlurry. When the lady handed me the McFlurry it was not Mint and they told me I hadn’t ordered mint (I only ordered mint because she recommended it). It took another 7 minutes before they came back with the McFlurry which was clearly the same McFlurry with a TON of mint syrup on top not mixed in at all. The top layer tasted like listerine and the bottom 80% had no flavor. After a total of 15 minutes and 2 attempts this crew absolutely ruined my opinion of this location.
