Customer service is absolutely bad. Every time I'm there I'm very nice to them with hello and thank you's but they never acknowledge any hello or thank you's back. They just stare at you. Very rude. I suggest the management have a store meeting on Customer service. I have family members that complain of the same thing at the same location.

This McDonald's requires a team member to open the bathroom for you ?I waited at the counter for someone to acknowledge me and when they wouldn't I had almost yell "I need the bathroom open to get them to help me" then when I got my food the diet coke tasted like cleaning product. And the tomato I paid extra for was the size of a quarter it was like getting a slice of a large cherry tomato. Also they don't allow you to get your own soda refills. The only thing that they had goin for them is that the place was clean.

WORST. MCDONALDS EVER. I ordered 1 item. Double cheeseburger only mustard. Inside the bag was a burger with a label affixed that said double cheeseburger only mustard. When I got home it. Was. Not. That!! It was a double cheeseburger with ketchup, onions, pickles (ick!!), and NO mustard. I frequent this new location in my new neighborhood and nothing is ever 100% correct. NOTHING!!

I have gone to this McDonald’s several times, and every time this one girl is working in the drive-thru Specifically, early morning she has a horrible attitude and is so rude! Literally shoves the card reader in my face! THEN GRUNTS BECAUSE SHES ANNOYED every time I had her cash! And this has happened multiple times! if you don’t like your job find a new one because treated customers like that is not ok!

Nice new McDonald's but they do not have people serving the dining room. Took 20 minutes to get a simple chicken sandwich and fries. All worried about drive through. Saw other people waiting forever like the were forgotten. Got to be a better way to serve the dining room and the drive thru.
