It takes a bit longer to prep your food and costs a bit more than you would expect for a grilled cheese sandwich (even high-end grilled cheese), but all the sandwiches we got were fantastic and all my kids are eager to return. The atmosphere is standard fast-food style - nothing fancy, but perfectly sufficient. My kids will make sure we return in the future and I won't fight it.

I really enjoyed this sandwich and the tots were some of the best I’ve ever had. They had a bit of a kick/spice to them. Also good dipping sauce on the side. Had the burnt ends sandwich. Was pretty good!

I enjoyed the food here, it was tasty toasted bread. I also really appreciated the service that Denise gave. She was super nice at the register and brought me out my food (I was outside) even though I had a little divice that would ring when I needed to go get it. It was very nice of her. I think the sides are a little pricey, but the sandwiches are well priced and really good.

First time trying Melty at the Lehi location while staying nearby. We came in Saturday night around 8:40pm after seeing nachos on the Google Maps photo menu—only to find out they don’t actually serve nachos. Ended up ordering the Club Melt and the Turkey Avocado Melt, both as meal combos. The Club Melt was fantastic—the mayo aioli really stood out. The Turkey Avocado Melt was decent, but not as flavorful.
We also added loaded fries, loaded tots, and a small mac & cheese. The bill for two came to $46, which felt pricey considering the portion sizes. The sides were especially underwhelming—very small portions, and the “cheese” topping tasted more like sauce with bacon crumbles and chives sprinkled on. The mac & cheese was okay but not worth $6 for such a small cup.
The sandwiches were a bit greasy coming out of the bag—but that’s expected with grilled cheese. Overall, the Club Melt was the highlight, but the sides and pricing left us disappointed.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I had a really disappointing experience at Melty. The food itself might be good, but the service I received ruined my visit. One of the employees, a male with dark grey hair, was extremely rude and disrespectful toward me. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, his attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer.
A place like this should pride itself not only on the food but also on the way they treat people, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking during my visit. I won’t be coming back, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously because no one should be treated that way when they’re just trying to enjoy a meal.
