Good açaí bowl. The base doesn’t seem processed. My only complaint was the bowl had way too much granola and tasted dry until i was almost finished. Priced fairly and good quantity.

I can never tell when this place opens. I know it’s under new ownership, and he’s a way cool guy, but I’ve gone to place orders for pick up when they should be open, and it won’t let me place the order. Then today takes the cake; my order went through, said it’s ready for pick up at 8:15am, and as I pull up, the place is dark, doors locked, no one’s there. They charged my card though, so that’s awesome. 🤦🏼♂️ I’m literally watching another customer walk up to the door with the same confused look as I write this review.
I guess I’ll need to charge that transaction back. Man, get your crap figured out Nekter Lehi location. 🤦🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️😡

Been twice and rude both times and took over 10 minutes for one drink. Not returning until the service and speed improves if ever. 15 bucks for a drink with a few oranges and carrots because they said to order it like the buzz so it's cheaper and then comes out to be more because they charge extra for the orange when they're not putting in the apple, ginger, or lemon. They made it wrong both times I went in, mostly carrots, maybe some celery and I paid extra for more orange. It legitimately took them 15 minutes to make my drink I understand that they have new people but that's when the people that are experienced step in and help instead of just serving the people that arrived after it just doesn't make sense.

The poor girl working today was the only one in store working. Short staffed. She remained calm and did her job but couldn’t take orders and make the juices at the same time.I felt bad for her. Nektar Do better and staff your employees properly on a Saturday especially.

I visited this Nektar in 2024 with a group of 4 others, and it was a good experience. Out of five of us that bought something, the acai bowls were good, but the three who bought smoothies raced about them being "the best they've had". The location had good service, and no lines, when we visited.

I love the nutrition and the juice cleanses. It’s nice and convenient to come here and know we are consuming healthy nutrition.My frustration is that we ordered 2, Three Day Cleanse and when we showed to at 8am Monday morning to pick them up the store was still closed. We had scheduled to pick them up on our way to work at 7:45am. Store hours show you open at 7:30am. Now my boyfriend is at his office and in meetings with no juice cleanse for him to consume till much later in the day. These are not inexpensive cleanses. There is another company I ordered from prior that’s $49 less for the same 3 day cleanse and they deliver for free to our door. I am guessing the person opening overslept this time, but it is frustrating. I think the employees could also have a bit more customer service poise at this location. Usually they are pretty dry and it doesn’t feel very personable in service.

Best smoothies and acai bowls. Unfortunately they continue to increase the prices repeatedly. No one should be paying over $15 for an acai bowl or smoothie. Pretty ridiculous. If they lowered the prices they'd get more business. Customer service is great though. The girls are always very nice.
