The price on a dish went from 8.5 to 13 to add protein like chicken. I added chicken to my meal today and it tastes like frozen chicken kinda plasticky. I tried to order something similar I ordered in farther restaurant yesterday but this tasted more like frozen premade food compared to theirs and price was the same. Also the cajun is way too spicy and I eat spicy on a regular basis. I wish I was told that. I didn't even know it was supposed to be spicy.

We visited Noodles and Company today for dinner, and didn't have the best experience. When we arrived there were several people waiting on to go orders, and we were the only customers waiting to order. We had to wait at least 5 minutes before any employees acknowledged us, and finally took our order. The employee was very kind, and took all of my accommodation requests well. Once our food arrived my son's buttered noodles had pepper on them, so I had to request they remake it without the pepper. They did so very kindly, which I appreciated. The quality of the food didn't taste as good as it has at other locations, so that was a bit disappointing-as well as how long we had to wait for our order to even be taken.
Overall was very clean and employees were very helpful and the food came out very quickly.

The staff here are repeatedly rude and do not prioritize their customers. They often make you wait a long time to order when there is no one else ordering. The customer service is just simply not there in this location.

Upon arrival Kay the young man that always helps me called me by my first name. We've never had a conversation outside ordering my food. He took the time to learn my name. This is such a small detail in the customer service process, yet so important in my opinion. He went above and beyond to make my experience better that night. I'll be back for more.
