My wife and I walked in and took 5 minutes to get service. Once we did, that had no chowmein they told us it be another 5 so we waited once the chowmein came out they helped the customer behind us so we ended up waiting another 5 minutes they failed to provide good service.

Terrible service. Stood at the register for over 5 minutes and was ignored by 4 employees as they only completed online and drive through orders. Couldn’t one of them have helped customers at the counter? I walked out very disappointed.

Trash Panda Express. I don't have issue with the store other than the food is not good. The protein portions are tiny, the fried rice is dry and crunchy, the chow mein is oily a sorry excuse of food and the hot mustard is just mustard. Just trash in general. Employees are fine, building should be located in a mall food court.

an hour before ordered the food and waited for over 40 minutes on the inside while seemingly hundreds of people passed. at least 8 people who arrived after me got their order for doordash (the doordash was for myself) …. just to get the wrong order. great. won’t be returning. thanks.

Got to this location around 10:20pm, sign and Google says open till 11, there were even customers in the lobby. But and employee decided they were closed. Sooo that was a waste of time. If it was 5 or 10 minutes before, fine I get it. But this was obnoxious and I'll definitely be going elsewhere next time. And this is from someone who's worked many years in the food industry

I went through the drive through and was irritated with the time it was taking to get my food. Any frustration I had was washed away once I got to the window to pay and get my food, I wish I had gotten the girls name because anyone with a customer service based business would love to have this working for them….
