I ordered here yesterday and got the half ceasar chicken salad and chicken noodle soup and they forgot my chicken on my salad.
Today I ordered to give them another chance and they added the chicken to my salad but they gave me chicken noodle soup broth and no chicken, noodles or carrots in it. They also forgot my baguette bread.
They are very inconsistant and it's very frustrating. They offered a refund of the soup however I would have preferred my lunch.

I ordered take-out tonight, a southwest ranch salad and chicken/wild rice soup. First of all, they didn't give me a bagette even though it was on the receipt, and I didn't notice it until I got home. The salad vegetables were so dry and did not taste fresh and the ranch dressing tasted artificial. It tasted like a pre-prepared Wendy's salad, not a signature Panera salad I was hoping for. I was excited for Panera to come to Utah after having experienced the quality of food I used to eat regularly at Panera in Colorado Springs in the early 2000's. I won't go back.

Got my order wrong 3 times asked for a turkey and American cheese sandwich and the first time they gave me a half sandwich with white cheese and the next time they gave me a fully loaded sandwich with the wrong bread and finally after that they got it right after waiting in there over 30 minutes in total. This location sucks because of all the kids that run it non stop chit chatting to each other and talking their jolly time keep in mind there was 0 people in the line and 1 person in the drive through during this WHOLE timeframe. Awful service.

This location is so bright, clean and well designed! The fireplace is fantastic and the food always slaps . Ryan at the front register has a quiet kindness that comes across so genuine- all the staff is great.

The service is not been great. I sat forever from an online order and waited at the window.
And the food is just not what it used to be. Maybe a dislocation it never was but it could be.

Been to their other location at pleasant grove and this one was the same as the other!! the employees are so nice and care about you're service, even said hello when I walked in the the early morning which is normally when I work.
They have a good breakfast options would recommend the Bacon double take super tasty, even a hazel nut coffee!
