Missing ingredients, inedible crust:Of 3 pizzas 2 were missing meat (Canadian bacon on Hawaiin, bacon on custom). Edges of crust are so overcooked and tough as to be inedible. Pizzas look nothing like menu photos. Flavor was good and veggies generally ample.

The pizza was okay, not my favorite. The crust was super crispy and the sauce was pretty mild tasting. I think I just prefer a bit more flavor and a little less cooked dough.

The price seems kinda high for what you get (the pizzas are really small) and nothing seemed particularly special, pretty much everything rolls off the food supply truck and gets slapped together and baked. It wasn’t a bad experience but I can’t think of a reason to go back either.

Used to love this place, but the last few times I’ve been were disappointing. From the quality of the food, to burned pizzas and no way to even know what options you have (the menu is really sad), not to mention a lack of toppings, I won’t be coming back.

Not a good experience. Ordered food ahead of time and it was supposed to be ready at 740 pm. Got there at 755 and was told the pizzas just went in the oven. I said the order was supposed to be ready at 740. The woman was quite rude and said yeah well we're busy. (There were about 8 total people sitting and in line. So I got the pizza about 25 minutes after I was supposed to. I had never had pieolog before and was hoping it was good. Meh. Tastes like a pizza you'd buy out of a frozen section of a gas station or store. Not gonna go back.

The gluten-free pizza was good but the amount of toppings was pretty sparse. Extra cheese was barely anything. It was pretty pricey for what I got.

Too bad. I used to be a Pieology fan but they have been digressing for a while now. The consistency and taste just isn’t there anymore and it’s time for me to retire my Pieology visits.

Ordered pizza for my lunch today. Slightly disappointed because I was expecting it to be good. It was pretty much flavorless. I really miss my pizza places in Las Vegas. So tired of cardboard flavorless pizza. The crust was crispy I gave them 3 stars for that. The rest was meh. Lacked a great sauce and flavor that a margarita pizza usually has. Bummer of a lunch choice.

Pros: prices were decent (had the lunch special), crust was good (had the original), and toppings seemed OK.Cons: kind of stingy with the amount of toppings and sauce (it's the lunch special, I get it, but it's also pizza), and ordering was kind of slow (prep and cooking time was adequate). So I guess that explains the rating. It's an average pizza place. I wasn't unhappy but wasn't blown away either.

I try to give business the benefit of the doubt, but not this one.The staff was highly ignorant. I had to go up 4 different times for unsatisfactory service, and they all would look at me and go back to doing something else. It feels like their cashier is on his first day (sorry if it actually was). He had no answers for me.They put virtually no Alfredo sauce on my pizza, even when I asked for extra. When I went up for a cup of the sauce to dip the pizza in, they said they don't do that kind of thing.I asked for napkins and got a bunch of them covered in pizza sauce from the employees gloves. They also made us a wrong pizza, and when I told them what we actually ordered, 3 minutes later they said they were out of basil for today pizza. There are no labels for the condiments, so you have no idea what some things are.It was strike after strike.I will not be returning and highly prefer Blaze Pizza over this for a similar product offering.

They were extremely slow! We went on a Friday night for dinner and they only had 2 people working. Between waiting in line and waiting for 2 simple pizzas took an hour! Not pleased with this place. Pizzas were smaller than they used to be and prices increased. Not impressed with the customer service either!

Such a great experience! I order the gluten free crust and not all locations cook it the right way and leave the middle cold. This time it was cooked to perfection! Nice and tasty all the way through! Overall amazing!

I used to LOVE Pieology, but have been disappointed the last few times I have visited. It's not just this location, but company-wide as I have noticed the declining changes not only in Utah, but in California and Oregon as well.So not only have prices increased steadily over the years, but the pizzas have shrank... and shrank and shrank. The box sizes have shrank once I believe, but they gave up after that. Now the tiny pizzas look ridiculous in the too-big boxes containing them. They slide around everywhere since there's so much empty space with a "full-size personal pizza". We used to always have leftovers; now we FINISH the pizza, and we are still hungry. When you spend $20+ for two personal pizzas for two people, you'd hope to be satisfied, not still hungry = not pleased. The quality is decent (although it used to be GREAT), but the people preparing them NEVER actually seem to make it as if they care. The sauce, cheese and ingredients are always skimped on. Despite asking "Can I have a little more?" I find I always get a weird look (like c'mon) and barely any more of whatever I asked for to justify asking for more in the first place. This type of company-wide decline reminds me of what happened with Panera Bread. They changed their recipes (lower quality ingredients -- you can taste it), upped their prices and shrank their dishes. Pieology got greedy, and after giving them the benefit of the doubt too many times, I have finally decided not to return to any location. It's not worth what you're paying anymore. If you're looking for something similar, try Blaze down the street. It's not mind-blowing, but it's slightly better.
