My daughter told me about an uncomfortable situation that she experienced yesterday in this place, (sorry, I speak Spanish so unfortunately they will use a translator to read this comment). It seems to me that to be a place âcollector of memories for teenagersâ they should take âempathyâ more seriously to serve. I was happy when my daughter told me that she would go to Scaddys with her friends. Now I have simply told her âchoose another place and don't go back there.â

I got nothing negative to say about the food, it's very delicious and quite delicious, their fries maybe are better than McDonald's, however, their customer service is very bad, I went with some friends who didn't speak English and most of the workers were Mexicans and they didn't want to speak Spanish to my friends but between them they did, I had to go to make the order because I was the only one who spoke in English, their customer service 0/10 very bad, also they didnât let me refill my cup of coke which in most of the restaurants iâm allowed to do it, they told me in a bad way i had to pay for a new drink if i wanted to refill it. I would not recommend this place as a place to go and hangout with friends.
