This is quite literally top two burger places in Utah. I still think Kamas high mountain burger is best but this is a very close second. Trevor,
Jacob and Braddock took care of us and did such a stellar job with service and food quality. We will frequent often!
I recommend A different place to visit
We came specifically to use our coupons that said they were good for “all Utah locations” but the new Lehi owner doesn’t honor them. So I’ve heard good things about Smashburger from family in California but I guess I’ll wait a bit longer to find out for myself.
Trevor was awesome! Super friendly and helpful! Really great guy! Thank you!
Great service, staff, and food. Eating area could have been tidier, and during busy hours the staff can be a bit overwhelmed and take a long time to get your order, but otherwise, loved it!
Super disappointed in the new management. Purchased the starving student card from BYU and went to use a 2-for-1 deal that was good for this location. Was told the restaurant is under new management and won't accept the card anymore.
Our family was so excited to go to a regular fave after the tulip festival. We were starving and hand-picked this restaurant due to past incredible experiences. First thing I noticed was they didn’t have my favorite turkey burger on the menu. When I mentioned it to the cashier, she said “oh yeah, we don’t sell that anymore.” We had to wait over 15 minutes for our food and once our burgers came out, every single patty was burned black and even the cheese was fried to a crisp. From what we heard other tables saying, theirs were also burned. It was a completely overpriced experience for the terrible burgers we got. As we left (extremely dissatisfied with our meal) we noticed the banners outside noting “under new management.” So disappointing to see such a dramatic decline in service and food quality. We won’t be going there again.
The burgers are good, but very pricy.
The shakes are good, but ridiculously small.
The employees sure did enjoy the leftover shake from the stainless mixing cup though. It probably had as much leftover shake in it as what they put in our tiny little shake glasses. The last time I was here (it's been a really long time) they brought out the extra shake for us to drink, apparently they just eat it themselves now. Probably won't be coming back.
Saw all the bad reviews for this location but we risked it anyway because we had a gift card. I feel like none of the reviews were right. The food was fantastic, I ordered after two other groups, one with 4 people and one with 2 and they still got our food out relatively quickly. Overall great experience 👌🏻

Conner was great in realizing when I ordered a gluten free bun that he should let me know the fries are supposed to be gluten free, but they were short a fryer so today the fries were fried with breaded chicken. This is super important for Celiac disease and not a lot of people would remember to say something. Food was great, ambiance a little wonky from things being stored in view in the lobby area.

I always enjoy Smashburger burgers. The tots and fies are good too. The smash fries and smash tots are tasty but too oily in my opinion.
