Been here a handful of time over the past few months really wanting to give this place a shot as i've heard alot good things about Smashburger. Over the course of 4 different visits i've found the following.
Burgers are always over salted- Could be a preference thing, but me and 3 other thought the same. Staff is relatively unfriendly, not sure if this is because they are having a bad day/days or?
The highlights, Their Nashville chicken is good, Buns across the board are always soft and that is a big bonus. Fries and sides are well seasoned and crispy. Food is always Hot and fresh so that has not been a concern, seems made to order which is also a big plus. Always families dining in which is a bonus for dine in atmosphere. Also prices are relatively higher than competitors.

TLDR: Service issues, long wait times, not worth visiting
There needs to be a major overhaul in how food is ordered, prepped, and delivered. It’s just not possible for one person to take orders, make shakes, and deliver food. This causes major back up in terms of order pick up and food delivery.
We were scheduled for 6:30 pm and now it’s almost 7 pm. I don’t have much confidence we will get it anytime soon. There is tons of food sitting in the warmer, lines to order, and no service to customers.
This is no fault of the employee, he’s trying his best.
This place has delicious food but I would rather go somewhere else because it’s managed better.
Save yourself an unpleasant trip and just go somewhere else for a decent burger.

Drove 25 minutes to get here only to be told they will not accept the student starving card despite the deal being there Update: Went back and they said they had no patties. A buger place...that ran out of burgers...

Food is cooked to order. Breakfast served all day. Line moves very fast. Service is amazing. The restaurant is very clean.

Smashburger apparently switched from grilled chicken patty to a ground chicken patty since the last time I came here.
This was a really big departure in flavor and consistency and quality from what it used to be
$31 for two double chicken patty burgers and large smash fries
This marks the end of my time coming to smash burger. My smash career is over
To boot, they’re out of chipotle mayo for the smash fries.
Their fries are everything 🤌🤌 and this location was super clean and had the kindest employee helping us.

Almost every time we go here, it’s at least a 20-25 minute wait for our food. If we didn’t like the food as much, we’d never go here. Make sure you order ahead or pick someplace else… especially if you’re hungry.
