Cute idea, but definitely just average. I got the fried ice cream (it's not actually fried) it was good, but it was very sweet and gritty. For the price, I would not recommend it. I paid almost $18 for 2 ice creams.
2nd time here and it was almost 7pm. They told me they were all out of regular waffle cones since they’d be closing soon but they close at 10. Didn’t make any sense. Ice cream also had a gritty taste to it. I got the fried ice cream, same as last time.
All 3 of us had plastic in our food, and we noticed the other guy there pull some plastic wrap out of his food too. They don't clean the machines after each shake so you end up with a lot of flavors you don't want and only a little of the flavors you asked for. Owner needs to train the 15 year olds better. Asking us to oay $8 for that stuff is a bit ambitious.
Lucky Charms aren’t supposed to be on the cone we ordered, but Capn Crunch is. Kit Kat isn’t on the one our friends ordered, Butterfinger is. But that’s what they made. Seemed odd. When I asked about it, they gave a confused look and didn’t offer an explanation or possible order correction. Just wanted me to go away. Really though: main issue is $7+ for such a small cone. Creative idea, tasty, but not worth it given the execution.
The best dessert place ever!! The owners, Marvin and Sara are such good people! 100% recommend this place! We were counting down the days for it to open here in St George and have been back many times!
Such a fun idea! Absolutely loved the creamsicle cone! After being on a trip all around the US, you get a good size cone for the price. And the sandwiches were really good too!
Never got to try it because they were not at two of the locations they said they would be! First went to the 1384 UT-92, Lehi, UT 84043 location, as stated on their website they were open and in the Smith’s parking lot but, they were nowhere to be found. We then went over to the 2nd address listed for Lehi, 11 W Main and nothing but an empty lot! You can bet I won’t be driving around trying find them in the future!
Decided to do the food truck tonight instead of the Provo location. Horribly mistaken. Says they are open till 11pm. Pulled in at 9:45 and they were already closed. They ran out of everything? That’s a sore excuse for wanting to go home early.
Spilled milk trucks in general are constantly changing locations or hours and not posting about it on social media or changing it on Google. I'm so frustrated at all the times I've tried to bring a friend or family from out of town to try the best ice cream EVER and we drive 15-25 min and there's no truck or it's closed. They seriously need to reevaluate how they run the business but If you do ever catch the trucks, the ice cream is insanely good.
Phenomenal ice cream mixed with all my favorite kinds of cereal! Love Spilled Milk!

Totally not worth the price to have some cereal sprinkled on top of vanilla ice cream
Delicious! This was an awesome summer evening treat. Our family got one of each - they even have a vegan option!
This place was okay. I got the rainbow ice cream cone for $7 and the person I was with chose something else. The menu said they were supposed to come with a special cone such as orange dreamcicle or red velvet flavor but both were just a regular or standard cone. Looking at other pictures, it appears these cones exist, so I am not sure why they didn’t give us ours. I probably should have just asked. For the amount and quality I would have given this three stars had the price been around $4. I will not be returning here as there is much better ice cream for a better value than this. Girls working at the truck were nice.
I have been back twice in one week so… should I say more? Such a fun and surprisingly good mix of ice cream and cereal. Some of the best ice cream in the Provo Utah area!
We spent $50 for my wife and I and our 5 kids to get ice cream cones…from a food truck mind you. One and done. Completely forgettable experience. Too many other amazing ice cream options in Utah. Go somewhere where they won’t gouge you, somewhere with seating that isn’t in the parking lot baking you in the sun and somewhere else that doesn’t subject you to a cheap generator wafting you with exhaust fumes and an ear-piercing 100 decibels.
