I ordered a vegan bowl with rice instead of quinoa and got a bowl with Taziki and cheese (not vegan but I didn’t realize until I got home and I couldn’t eat it) and it didnt even have rice it had quinoa. and then came back another day to get a vegan salad and made sure they knew it needs to be vegan & I got a salad with Taziki and cheese again. this time i checked my order in my car and came back to let them know I wanted it vegan and after waiting a long time again with no extra compensation they gave me a 1/2 empty bowl of lettuce and banana peppers. It was missing ingredients like chickpeas and the crunchy pita pieces and I was supposed to have extra veggies cause I didn’t get a protein like falafel but it was 1/2 empty. I took it anyways cause I didn’t want to be one of those customers, but if u wanna pay $16 for some lettuce and wait 40 min to have them mess up ur order again then go ahead lol. I don’t recommend if ur vegan. (the photos are the bowl that was wrong days before and the salad that was wrong but at least more full and more ingredients than what i got)

I went to pick up food for my wife and I. And I got her a vegan medi bowl. And when I got home she saw feta in the bowl. When I called to tell them they told me every bowl comes with feta. Feta is a cheese and is not vegan. On the menu on the website the normal bowls come with feta. But vegan ones don’t. Not happy about this.

2 stars cause they are good with flavors. But I'm pretty sure we just spent over $35 for two people, only to get less than 50 cents worth of meat between the two of us. We didn't order vegetarian dishes either. They were friendly and everything else with their service was just great, but the stinginess with the meat gets to count as a service problem as much as a food quality issue. It's just so sad. We're so disappointed cause we just can't justify that much only to still be hungry cause the meal amounted to so little.

Spitz is so delicious. I have loved everything I have ordered there.

I did have a bad experience bringing my daughter to this location. It is not child-friendly. My daughter was sitting across from me and the TV in her view was playing an extremely violent show with a lot of gore and swearing. I didn't notice until she started acting very disturbed because it was behind me. If a TV is on, the employees should be managing the content.

First time trying this place out and I should have gotten more😌 Great flavors, fresh, and super easy to pick up! As well the atmosphere was incredible with the design and where it's at. Definitely going to try more menu items and get my combo again!
