Avoid. Multiple bad experiences.

From wrong drinks to forgotten orders, many struggles here.

Today, I went to Starbucks around 6:15 p.m. and had a completely unpleasant experience. The cashier who assisted me was extremely rude from the beginning, displaying a dismissive attitude while serving me. I mentioned that I would be making a purchase on separate accounts, as I usually do in the mornings. However, this time, I went in the afternoon, which apparently upset him even more, as his attitude significantly worsened.

Additionally, the service was excessively slow; it took a long time to prepare each coffee, despite there being no one in line. In the end, when I received my drink, I noticed that the cup was only half full, which I find highly disrespectful.

As a frequent customer of this branch, I feel very disappointed. This type of attitude and mistakes are unacceptable in a place that is supposed to offer good service and quality products. I hope you take my feedback into account to prevent other customers from having an experience as disappointing as mine.

The small talk with the baristas puts a pep in my step before I go into work. Alex even remembers my name and how sweet I like my drinks. I'll be sad when my birthday gift card runs out and it turns into the occasional morning.

Barista forgot the coffee and didn't want to fix the drink. After fixing it was totally rude about it. Even had to show her the drink recipe to "prove" it was supposed to have coffee shots in it.

Had an in app deal for 2 drinks for $10, the only direction for in store use was to tell the barista to apply it when checking out. They said they couldn't do that at their location, so don't try using deals here.
We ordered our 2 drinks anyway, one tropical paradise drink and a creme based mocha cookie Crumble frappe. What they handed us was definitely not that... the paradise drink was advertised on their sign as a yellow drink and they gave us a pink colored drink... not the same. And I've had many frapps in my life from starbucks, but what they gave me was more of a glorified chocolate syrup milk. It wasn't even thick like a frappe, very liquidy and no cookie Crumble whatsoever.
The barista we ordered from was really nice though and helped us get a refund. Great workers, bad drink makers. Go to an actual starbucks.

Waited in the drive thru ordering for 10 minutes and no one talked to us- so we thought they were closed. Pulled up to one car in front of us. After that car left we pulled up and waited at the window for 5 minutes, watching workers talking on their headsets, so we thought maybe a car pulled in behind us to order. So we decided to go in to order. Two workers made eye contact with us as we walked in and didn’t say anything. We went to the register, and sat another 5ish minutes watching the three workers goof off and talk to eachother in their headsets and completely ignore us. We never got to order, so as we were walking out, a worker finally decided to acknowledge us and ask us if we needed something and I explained that we had waited in the drive thru, didn’t get service, so we came in to watch all of them good off and not serve us even with no customers in the lobby or their drive thru and that we weren’t going to give business to customer service like that. Super disappointing.

The coffee tasted burnt and old. With the sugar cookie flavoring, it was awful. The employees were kind, but I didn't have time to get the coffee redone, so I didn't drink it.

The morning crew seems great but this is the second time I've gone in and they haven't been able to make me a simple cold brew because the night crew forgets to get it brewing the night before. They only told me that when I press for more information. So I think that'll have to be my last visit because I had to order something that was not very good.
