They are generally friendly sometimes can be a bit short if asking questions. But overall a great experience.

I don’t believe it was too busy but it took 18 minutes for my food to come out. Many other items were ordered after that got cooked first. The drive thru wasn’t super busy. I don’t think food was being cooked in the order it was ordered. My drink was cold before I walked out from waiting.

Didn’t bother to say hello. So I said hi to the two barista. I got weird looks from them.
I got a vanilla cold brew
I watched her. Literally layered Syrup and cold brew And milk
I just see all the syrup at the bottom.
I asked kindly for her to stir it for me.
She passed me a stick. What am I supposed to do with a wooden stick? Build a fire???
So then I asked if she could do it for me with the long baristas spoons. She says “or you can just stir it with your straw”
….what? Do your freaking job.
And maybe greet people too. That would be cool.
I worked at Starbucks in San Diego for 3 years. I could’ve just gone back there and made myself a proper drink.

They accidentally added ice to my cup when I asked for none, but I really appreciated how they were more than willing to make it right and prepared a new cup without ice. Their understanding meant a lot to me!

I placed a mobile order through the drive thru, after telling someone at the screen and informed them of my mobile order and was told to pull forward. Once I got to the window, the Barista was extremely rude accusing me of not telling them at the screen of my mobile order. I have never left a bad review at a Starbucks, but I have never been treated so rudely and accused multiple times of something. She didn't even get me time to ask for straws before slamming the window on me... I used to work at Starbucks myself, and never would of behaved this way..

I was disappointed to see a Pride flag displayed in your store this morning. I believe that if Starbucks does not allow the U.S. flag—a unifying national symbol—then it should not allow the display of any other flags, including political or social ones.
This policy feels inconsistent and unfair. If businesses are to remain neutral, that standard should apply equally. For that reason, I will be taking my business elsewhere until this practice changes at this specific location.

Shoutout to Anna and Liz for amazing service! 🙌 We had some super specific customized drinks and Liz made them perfectly, while Anna at the window went above and beyond with her positivity and Liz even wrote uplifting messages on our cups. They happily grabbed us a couple extra venti waters too. Their energy and customer service really stood out, so impressed I made sure to get their names. Thank you both for making our Starbucks run the best part of the day! 🌟

I was given the wrong drink twice,
RUDE employees. I placed a mobile order and thought that I had changed the pick up option to drive-thru. Well clearly I didn’t because the woman that was in charge of taking orders at the speaker let that clearly be known. She told me “well you told us you were picking it up in store and not drive-thru.” I apologized and told her I thought I had changed it, at which she then told me that I need to double check next time before picking up my order. When I got to the window, she was behind the lady that was handing out the drinks, taking orders still. She kept giving me dirty looks and rolling her eyes at me. It was a simple mistake and I would have never thought something like that was a big deal. But she made it VERY clear that it is. I will NOT be coming back to this Starbucks. I felt embarrassed and humiliated for a simple mistake, that I’m pretty sure isn’t that big of a deal.
