I think this is the second time in my life. I’ve taken the time to write a review the first time I can’t remember what company it was for, but it was a five star positive review and today one star across the board again I really don’t think this is gonna make any kind of a difference, but if one person decides to save themselves the hassle because of this review, I’ll take it as a win. I normally brew my own coffee at home but found myself without coffee this morning and Starbucks around the corner from my house was the only thing open at the time . I thought I’ll go over there and buy some K cups to brew at home and when I got there, I was the only one in the store with four other employees which none of them greeted me or acknowledged my existence when I walked in the door. I proceeded to walk around, looking for where they might sell coffee at a coffee shop finally had to ask someone who they didn’t know what I was talking about and their reply was if we did it would be in this area here. So then I said whatever just give me a large cup of coffee, medium brew, which I paid four dollars for Yesterday’s coffee that was still cold. I did not find that out until I got to my car and the cold coffee so I walked back in the store not incredibly happy that I was sold a four dollar cup of cold coffee when I asked for a refund, they were quick to give me the refund, but then blamed me that they were having a rough morning And that if I only waited a little longer, the fresh pot that they’re brewing would be ready. My question is why would you have sold me cold coffee? Why wouldn’t you have had better employees to come back to me and say sorry, sir our coffee is not brewed yet. If you wait five minutes, we can make you a fresh pot of coffee or even better yet good morning as I walked in the door. Needless to say I didn’t wait for the new pot of coffee. I drove across the street to a local gas station walking in the door. I was greeted good morning by the person behind the cash register and only paid three dollars for a fresh brewed hot cup of coffee . if you are looking for a place that will provide even the lowest level of customer service and quality of their product. Don’t go to Starbucks, but like I said most of the world is addicted to that place and no matter what you will continue to buy their coffee and keep their doors open. Please excuse any spelling or grammar mistakes. It’s technically Google AI‘s fault because I talk texted that entire review.

DON’T come to this Starbucks around 9am. I have been waiting over 40 minutes in store for 1 drink. There are several people waiting on large DoorDash order deliveries that slows down service they are doing their best but I will not be back to this location. There is clearly a problem with their operations here. Then they made my drink wrong but I wasn’t going to do anything about it because I didn’t want to wait anymore.
The space is small if you are wanting to get work done and get a drink, the seats are mostly taken anyway and most people are standing around waiting for their order. I personally wouldn’t be able to focus very well. Other locations are better to work from.

Disappointing Experience at Starbucks

My recent visit to Starbucks was incredibly disappointing and left me questioning whether I would return in the future. Upon entering, the atmosphere was chaotic; the store was overcrowded, with customers lining up out the door. I understand that Starbucks can get busy, but the disorganization made the experience frustrating from the start.

After waiting in line for what felt like an eternity, I finally reached the counter to place my order. Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unfocused, leading to mistakes with my order. Instead of the iced latte I requested, I received a hot coffee that I didn’t want. When I brought this to the barista’s attention, they were dismissive and appeared irritated, which only added to my frustration.

The cleanliness of the store was also lacking. Tables were dirty, and the floor needed sweeping, which is not the standard I expect from a place known for its brand image. After receiving my correct order, I found a table to sit and enjoy my drink, but the overall environment was so chaotic that I couldn’t even relax.

Overall, my experience at Starbucks was far from enjoyable. The combination of poor service, disorganization, and cleanliness issues led me to give this visit just one star. I hope for better experiences in the future, but this one left a bad taste in my mouth.

We love Starbucks, but can a man get a military discount please??? My wife gets like 2 drinks a day, everyday...a little discount or better rewards process would be great!

Haven’t been here for a while but they’ve reduced seating at this store. Went there today at around noon and there was no seats available to work on my computer. And most seats that were there didn’t even have power outlets. That’s like the number one thing you need when going to do some work at a coffee shop. I would recommend going to other local coffee shops where there’s plentiful seating and you wouldn’t have to put off a fight just to find a seat with no power outlets.
