Thomas was the only employee there and he was phenomenal!!
He was so patient with us and stayed busy making waffle cones, etc. while we sat down and looked at a menu from the counter.

He was so so polite and friendly, and a smiley nice guy!
He even offered to re-freeze our ice cream before we left (after we sat down for awhile to eat it) since he knew we were from Murray (he asked).

He was so great with my kiddos, too!

The prices are super high up there, like any other ice cream place similar to this, but we had BOGO free coupons, which made it more manageable.

And the nitrogen! Man, the process was SO cool and SO fun to watch!!

What a fun and unique experience for us!

We went here today to celebrate our last day of summer and start of school next week!

It's a very unique and cool experience to see them make the ice cream with liquid nitrogen, also fun for kids to watch. Staff was super friendly, can recommend this location. The ice cream was good, but not outstanding. It's still worth to check out this place for the unique experience though!

Must try! All of my expectations were passed. The workers are so kind, when they messed up my order they remade it and gave me a bigger size for the same price. The Fresh made icecream tastes better then most other icecream places. In my opinion everyone should try this delightful treat.

After having frequented the original location for many years in Idaho as a youth, I was really looking forward to trying it again. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met, they were sorely disappointed.

Not only has the price gone up significantly (which was to be expected after so many years) but the quality has gone down even more drastically. Each mix-in has to be paid for and even though the flavors that are included in the base cost, they look to be a sad assortment of artificial coloring and dyes from a toddler’s preschool art assignment.

I was so looking forward to introducing my children to a beloved memory from my childhood, but sadly, we will not be making this a part of their favorite ice cream stops in the future

Yummy product presented in a unique cool way. Actually a very cold way, liquid nitrogen cold! Clean and well organized with a friendly staff. Took a bit to get service but it worked out.

Kash was an INCREDIBLE server tonight! He took time to show my kids some liquid nitrogen tricks and made the visit an absolute delight for my family. That kid deserves a raise, we will definitely be coming back :)

Can't speak about the flavor of the icecream since I just got the kiddos some, but I can say the customer service was through the roof, 10/10 experience! Incredibly nice lady at the counter, very helpful, and very patient with my kids' pickiness. When the blue raspberry was a bit too purple for my son (he's very particular about colors), I ordered him a blue cotton candy, and the lady realized what was happening and gave it to us on the house. Seriously, props to these guys for being attentive to their customers! Will be coming back for sure!
