Can't speak about the flavor of the icecream since I just got the kiddos some, but I can say the customer service was through the roof, 10/10 experience! Incredibly nice lady at the counter, very helpful, and very patient with my kids' pickiness. When the blue raspberry was a bit too purple for my son (he's very particular about colors), I ordered him a blue cotton candy, and the lady realized what was happening and gave it to us on the house. Seriously, props to these guys for being attentive to their customers! Will be coming back for sure!

If you're looking for TONS of vegan ice cream flavors this is the place to go! All their fruit flavors plus several more can be made with a vegan cream and it all goes in it's own bowl.

Vegetarian options: Whole ice cream menu aside from the marshmallows is vegetarian as far as I can tell. They offer Oat, Almond, and Coconut milk for vegan ice cream bases so essentially any flavor can be made dairy free given the flavor doesn't have dairy itself.

Dietary restrictions: There are gluten free waffle cones as well, and the equipment is separate for each customer so cross contamination seems minimal ice cream making wise, can't say the same for the waffle cones for sure.

This is an awesome ice cream shop. I love how they freez the ice cream in front of you with nitrogen! Ambience is awesome! The ice cream cone selection is quite fried. Written into my business plan allows me to write it off. The selection is quite varied. Delicious!

The whole family loved it. It was fun to create your own ice cream and the options were great. The ice cream had a nice texture to it as well.

A decent amount of tables. Better than most Ice Cream shops. I got custard this time.

Very yummy but over priced. I can afford this but to pay six bucks for some ice cream is not reasonable. We will look elsewhere and may not come here very frequently

It's basically frozen milk with add-ins, but I wouldn't call it ice cream since it lacks any churning or true aeration process, which means it has a strange frozen texture to it. Fun to watch, but just because something is new or "revolutionary" doesn't mean it's better than the traditional stuff. I prefer to buy a pint of Haagendaz from the store for the same price.

I’ll agree with what has already been said
this ice cream is so beyond “ice cream” that you’ll wonder what you were eating before. It’s so good. Whatever size you get
it wasn’t big enough. And then you’ll wonder how you ate the whole thing. It’s so good.
