The 2 high school or college kids who helped me tonight were very friendly, and the sandwiches were 100% correct! Great service. I've never received stale or hard bread from this location, and I usually pick it up after work, which is around 8:30. So, even at night, their bread has always been fresh! Which is a massive plus for subways

I always have a gobsmacking time at this Subway. Never could I ever have forseen having such a wizzbanging time ordering a 5 dollar sandwich. Tim literally is a legend, and should get a raise. Best customer service on this side of the stars. The reason I believe that is because I have never had such a fun time because a restaurant worker is the chillest most fantastical guy. 5 stars.

Horrible sandwiches. Employees need training. Subs looked like a bad Trainwreck, very little meat, way heavy on toppings. Looked like it was assembled then thrown in a cement mixer. Steer Clear!
I suggest J/J, Firehouse, Ike's, literally ANYWHERE else.

I usually love this location (even though they tend to leave THE MEAT off my sandwiches), however we came tonight for dinner was supposed to be ready by 5:30 and they didnt start making it until 5:50... im pretty upset...
it seems impossible to reach them through their customer service. we placed an order here not meaning for it to placed there, and they haven’t answered for half an hour. please never go here as they are horrible. go to jimmy john’s instead.

messed up both sandwiches in my order and manager refused to refund it. literally charged us for a 12” and gave us a 6”, toasted our cold sub. put onions when we specifically asked for no onions. no refund even with photo evidence
