Excellent pizza. There was not a disappointed soul among us. The barbecue chicken was exceptional. The only con was that the service was slower than expected. I don't think I've had a pizza place take that long to make the food before.

I’ve always had a great experience with Summit Pizza! The food is consistently delicious and high quality, and we often order online for pickup.
There was one recent visit where my order was delayed — I ended up waiting about 15 minutes, and it turned out my pizza had been sitting ready without anyone letting me know. It seemed like the team that night was a bit overwhelmed. I wasn’t thrilled at the time, but when I got an automated text asking about my experience, Sam, one of the managers, personally reached out to apologize and explain that they’d had a record-breaking night and were much busier than usual. He even sent me a $15 gift card to make things right.
That thoughtful follow-up really impressed me, and my most recent order was perfect — both the food and the customer service were excellent. I really appreciate how Sam and the team owned the situation and turned it around.

The food is great but what really stood out was one particular employee. Bonnie was the night manager on shift and was working the cash register, filling to go orders, cleaning tables and emptying the trash all in the short time we were there. She was kind and friendly and really stood out as an outstanding employee.
