A friend gave us a gift card less than a month ago. We decided to use it today at Swig in Lehi and when we ordered our food and approached to give the gift card they mentioned that it was empty. Which was totally illogical because we had never used the gift card until today. The service was terrible because they did not give us any solution and the cashier kept the gift card and did not give it back to us.

I mean if you actually got what you paid for (literally) they would be great at this location. But this is the 4th time in a row now that we have gotten 2 drinks where both of them weren’t even full. You have customers paying nearly $5 a drink and you can even bother filling them up all the way. Even if the drink is foaming, the least you can do is wait for it to stop so that you can fill it all the way. We’re going to start going to just their competitors that are next door if they keep it up. (And no, we did not take ANY sips from these drinks before the photos were taken. And these ones happen to be “fuller” than the last few we bought before this).

I am a strong Swig stan, but this location takes FOREVER. Used to live close and frequented it a lot, super happy to live closer to another one now. Sitting in line here currently and am re-living the 30 minute wait.

Just got a cookie in drive thru. Once I went to eat it I realized it was completely raw. Looks and feels like play dough!

They put a ton of ice in their drinks so you don't get as much as you would think.If you order without ice, the flavor is completely watered down and not enjoyable.
