My wife told me it was free pretzel day today because the Jazz won. So I went to go & get my pretzel for free with my app ready to be scanned. The drive thru girl walking and taking orders said it was free today and to show them my code. * wait 20 minutes in line* I got to the window and the next girl said “you have to pay.” So I didn’t ask questions with her as she looked busy and not willing to participate in informing me why I had to pay. I payed. the whole reason I went to swig today was to get the free pretzel cup as advertised. Then we go onto the pretzel cup and cheese sauce. Not great. Pretzels were unsalted only a tiny bit of salt was applied to a couple of pretzels. And then the sauce cup was cold.. it’s usually warm and nice. Altogether not the experience I was looking for and my wife is confused as to why I had to pay & why the value of what i payed for was low quality

Got our drinks wrong. Wanted Pepsi, got Coke, asked for no ice and when she saw there was no ice instead of remaking it she said they “tried to get all the ice out”. Still had quite a bit of ice but now just had less drink, both cups were also covered in soda
At least lady taking orders in drive thru knew what she was doing

Came the day after Christmas at 9:15am, door was open but the inside was dark, an employee came out and said they are still closed…well then why was the door unlocked? And Dec 26th is not included on the “holiday hours” so of course we assume it’s normal hours… if you’re closed, post the appropriate hours and don’t leave the door unlocked!

I came to this location instead of fizz and let me tell you… million times better!! First of all, Kaitlyn is the nicest employee of all time! I’ve never had better customer service anywhere! Secondly, the resturaunt was actually super clean and tidy which was awesome! Thanks swig for making my experience awesome! :)

My family and I ordered 3 fruit waters from this location and NONE of them had flavoring. We had even asked for extra flavoring and all we received was sparkling water with ice. Most expensive water I ever purchased.
