My friends and I went inside to order and weren’t greeted for 8+ minutes. Two girls were talking to each other and trying not to make eye contact with us like we were an inconvenience. When we were helped I asked if I could order because I still wasn’t greeted and the employee gave me attitude. Not a comfortable or enjoyable experience like I’ve had at other swigs :(

If Only
I wasn't sure about a drink that I had never tried before. I asked if I could just get a small drink to make sure that I liked it. The worker allowed me to try the flavor to see if I liked it before I bought it. This went above and beyond what I had expected. The service is excellent and the drinks are not half bad. I don't think I should go all the time, not unless I want to visit the dentist every month. However, just this one act of kindness and service makes me want to.
