The self order kiosk has only served to make Service absolutely abysmal. My order was ready, I was standing at the pickup counter and every working employee walked past not even looking in my direction. When my order was complete my name was not called out. An employee that walked right past me twice cleared my neatly setup table an walked past me yet again without even a glance. Why even have a dine in area if the employees are just going to ignore everyone there? It was not at all busy during my visit all the employees were just standing around ignoring the lobby the whole time I was there.

I had a good experience at this Taco Bell. There was a problem with the app and they made it right. I found the workers here to be polite and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and fast. The restaurant was very clean. I would choose this Taco Bell over several others in the area.

Went through the drive thru. Hands down the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. The spicy potato soft taco is my favorite menu item and my boys in the kitchen (I believe they said James and Jack but I could be incorrect) made me the best one I’ve ever had. Jay at the window was incredibly kind and lovely. That’s a team to be proud of.

Not sure who was working yesterday (2/6) around 7pm but those guys did an AMAZING job. I grew up on Taco Bell and have come to this specific location 1-2x a month for years. It was honestly the best Taco Bell I can remember.
My wife and I went through the drive-thru and ate in our car in the parking lot. We both agree that the quality and taste were 10/10.
Thank you to whoever was working last night! Definitely going back again very soon.
