Been to this location many times, the food and service is always great. I'm shocked to see so many low reviews of this location. I've honestly never had a problem ordering here and the staff is always friendly and fast when it comes to service. I will drive to this location instead of the other Taco Bell in Lehi for their service alone.

I ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla and the chicken was so overcooked and dry i thought i had crunched into bones. extremely disappointing.

When in super early after a very long shift and the employee smile was just what I needed. They were very fast and friendly.
Extremely rude and extremely slow. Drive thru wait was over an hour and dine-in we were told “this is going to be a hot minute”.

We ordered food online and when we went to pick it up they claimed they didn't have the order, we showed the receipt and the bank statement, and was told to call other stores to see if I miss ordered at the wrong location. I called all the stores and none of them had our order. I went back in and waited until another person walked up and ordered the they finally asked if they could help me. I asked how we can resolve taco bell taking $41 and they said take it up with corporate.

This store couldn't get a doordash order right to save their lives. Your better off going with del taco across the street. Food might be worse but you at least get what you ordered not one of twenty items. What a joke.

Unsure of who the older gentleman is or his title. Assuming he was the manager wouldnt be fitting considering he was sitting on his phone behind the kitchen while the staff up front was busy. maybe we shouldnt pay people to do nothing when the rest of the staff is suffering for it. I asked and his name was Jessie I believe. other staff members had to make up for the lack of effort on their part, make sure they know theyre doing a great job at covering their boss!
