Kiro ater hearing a mistake that took place the day before offered to fix it for free. Desi the cook made sure she had the order right by politely asking me about it. At the window they greeted me with a free lunch. I was gonna pay for the new stuff I ordered but they we nice enough to do so. They are amazing!! This place just earned a perma customer!

So this kid working here, I think his name was kalder, flipped me off and was swearing every sentence while I was there. Educate that kid on how to do work correctly and not disturb people trying to eat, he was being such an immature worker. I also had to wait 30-40 minutes for my food. Might wanna fix up your staff before the restaurant goes bye bye.

This Taco Bell is the worst I’ve ever been too. Horrible quality all around. First time I went, the entire chalupa was so stale I couldn’t eat it, the black beans were like an old paste they scraped from the bottom. Second time I went, I got a cheese quesadilla and the two outside pieces were literally empty, just tortilla. Last time I went, I only got a drink and they still messed it up and gave me a freeze, whatever no big deal. Then he gave me the drink I ordered and it was just leaking all over the place and I wasn’t given napkins to clean it up.

Beware of the food quality at this Taco Bell! Check your order before leaving the parking lot, because mistakes can be costly.

The team making food seems to lack knowledge, training, and care. I ordered the Veggie Mexican Pizza, but it came with beef, and the Nacho BellGrande was a disappointment. To make matters worse, I didn't catch the errors until I got home 20 minutes away in Pleasant Grove late evening.

However, I did have a positive experience when I returned the next day to complain. Treygan, the MOD, handled my concerns with great care and professionalism. He offered to remake my order on the spot, and when I requested a refund instead, he efficiently got it approved with his manager. I appreciate his customer service skills, even if the kitchen didn't quite meet expectations.

This is the first time I've been to this Taco Bell. It has a bunch of kiosks for ordering, but also has a regular register. I had my kids with me, so I decided to use the kiosk and let them look through the menu. We all found something we wanted, even my picky eaters. They brought our food to our table and our drinks. It alll tasted great. We will definitely come here again.

Past 3 times I have come to this location I have ordered online and every single time it has taken longer than 35 minutes to get my food.

Upon finally getting my food I was not offered any sort of good will certificate or gift card.

Food quality is usually ok. But the service is so abysmal that I CANNOT RECOMMEND ANYONE COME TO THIS LOCATION EVER. If I could rate the service 0 stars I would.

Come here about once/week with my cousin. I don’t typically review fast food, but the service here is amazing. The manager is always present and aware (as opposed to the front counter being completely void of anyone willing to help, like most fast food). Today was a standout visit, because the cheese on the outside of the shell on my Cantina Chicken Taco’s had been burnt pretty badly—and when I brought them up, Sarah said she’d remake them immediately. Not only did she do this, but she gave me an extra one just to be nice—and threw in a couple coupons for a free taco. This is the kind of customer service that turns a bad experience into a good one.

This is your average Taco Bell, nothing special. I am surprised it's still open due to it's location and the out of the way drive you have to make to get there but if you want Taco Bell then it's here.

I really like Taco Bell, but this particular location is awful. Employees are rude and completely ignore the customers. They can't seem to get your order right. They can't make the food right. For example, on the separate occasion, I ordered Crunchwrap Supreme and each time it had less meat on it than a value Del Taco taco (3 separate times!). If you want Taco Bell, find a different one.

I eat more than my fair share of Taco Bell. Potatoes and burritos are how I expect them to be.

Whoever is making tacos/crunchwraps in the evenings doesn't do as well of a job as other locations. They taste good, but amount of filling and structural integrity needs improvement.

I’ve already sent a review to their website but at this location my Fiancée and I went at 8:30pm on 1/27/25. We both ordered the $9 box, and received a sauce that looks like it was used, the tacos were all soggy and shredded, the burritos seemed like they were punched to be flattened and the chicken inside was cold and salty, like it came out of a can. Plus the Doritos taco wasn’t even in a sleeve so the meat was spewed all over the wrap. While the service was good, the food was not a pleasant experience for a fast food meal that costs almost $10 each! And though we didn’t order it, why are the chicken quesadillas $10 now? 2 years ago they were less than $5, is it really necessary to raise the price more than double?
