Canceled order after waiting 20 minutes inside for a mobile order placed 20 minutes ahead of arrival. 3 people showed up ordered at the kiosk and got their food

Extremely slow service, even if they're not busy, and sometimes customer service sucks. I don't know how anybody could just automatically be rude to customers like you can't hate your job that badly. Come on, hold on the smile. Even if you gotta fake it.! Be happy you're one person that has employment.Because there's plenty of people I see every day on the streets that do not!

We came to this location several times and every time I’ve come they miss something in our order. Last time spending money here. Whoever is making the food needs to get fired or get slapped cus the meat portions they be doing for a $50 dollar order is criminal. This Crunchwrap should be called a lettuce wrap cus that’s all you’re eating. And their street chalupas are six dollars with about 3 pieces of meat on them. And my beefy 5 layer was just full of beans. I don’t recommend coming to this Taco Bell. They don’t care about their job.

this specific locations night crew never fails to fail me. they almost never get the order right and always forget something (sauces, forks, food items, etc). i’ve been given old bad lettuce before, extremely stale chips, and they always put tomatoes on (i’m allergic). the employees do the bare minimum when it comes to costumer service. they don’t welcome you in, say hi, ask how you are, or greet you in anyway. i understand not being a talker but the workers only see you as an inconvenience. only once have i heard a “please” or “thank you”. i have no issues at the other taco bell around but this one is closer and more convenient. (anytime before 8pm i have nothing to complain about and service is good, the night crew is the issue)

Kiro ater hearing a mistake that took place the day before offered to fix it for free. Desi the cook made sure she had the order right by politely asking me about it. At the window they greeted me with a free lunch. I was gonna pay for the new stuff I ordered but they we nice enough to do so. They are amazing!! This place just earned a perma customer!

So this kid working here, I think his name was kalder, flipped me off and was swearing every sentence while I was there. Educate that kid on how to do work correctly and not disturb people trying to eat, he was being such an immature worker. I also had to wait 30-40 minutes for my food. Might wanna fix up your staff before the restaurant goes bye bye.

This Taco Bell is the worst I’ve ever been too. Horrible quality all around. First time I went, the entire chalupa was so stale I couldn’t eat it, the black beans were like an old paste they scraped from the bottom. Second time I went, I got a cheese quesadilla and the two outside pieces were literally empty, just tortilla. Last time I went, I only got a drink and they still messed it up and gave me a freeze, whatever no big deal. Then he gave me the drink I ordered and it was just leaking all over the place and I wasn’t given napkins to clean it up.

Beware of the food quality at this Taco Bell! Check your order before leaving the parking lot, because mistakes can be costly.

The team making food seems to lack knowledge, training, and care. I ordered the Veggie Mexican Pizza, but it came with beef, and the Nacho BellGrande was a disappointment. To make matters worse, I didn't catch the errors until I got home 20 minutes away in Pleasant Grove late evening.

However, I did have a positive experience when I returned the next day to complain. Treygan, the MOD, handled my concerns with great care and professionalism. He offered to remake my order on the spot, and when I requested a refund instead, he efficiently got it approved with his manager. I appreciate his customer service skills, even if the kitchen didn't quite meet expectations.

This is the first time I've been to this Taco Bell. It has a bunch of kiosks for ordering, but also has a regular register. I had my kids with me, so I decided to use the kiosk and let them look through the menu. We all found something we wanted, even my picky eaters. They brought our food to our table and our drinks. It alll tasted great. We will definitely come here again.
