Ordered the ribs wife got the steak, service was top notch. Ribs were old and dry , wife gave me a bite should have gotten a steak. Waitress was awesome we'll be back

Went today. Buzz us in and nobody lets us know how long the wait is after we came in. Just waiting while people come in with no insight of the additional wait. Served bread with no plates or silverware. Party of four served 3 breads to start. 5 people sitting around the front just talking. 1.5 hour wait. Yes it’s busy, that’s why it’s important to manage folks waiting. They deserve a good experience for the wait. Let us down today.

Kids took me out for my birthday. Busy night for a Wednesday. We had about a 45 minute wait. We got seated and ordered the cactus onion. It came out quick. Those who had salads and chili came out fairly quickly. I had ordered the prine rib, but they came back to say they just ran out. I ordered another cut medium rare. When it came it was cook medium well. My daughter who ordered a medium well he steak was rarer than mine. I showed it to the wait staff and she took it back to the kitchen. 20 minutes later the server came out to apologize for the wait. She indicated that the manager was back waiting for it to be ready. When it finally came out the rest of the family had already finished their meals and the kids were getting restless. The manager apologized and took the meal off our bill and gave me a coupon for another meal. He did all he could to make it right. At least the second steak was cook correctly. It really was a kind of a bummer for the night. I did appreciate the effort to make it right, but probably won't go back soon.

My daughter was so excited to go here for birthday and be a real cowgirl. Instead they only brought her an ice cream and she was so sad. I was so confused and could never catch our waiter again. She dropped the ice cream and told us to pay on little kiosk. We looked at our check and it was wrong. They had charged us for smothered steaks that were brought plain. We went to the front and told the hostess and she apologized but said there was nothing she could do. She was kind but offered no solutions. The food was great! It was just a disappointing experience.

The prices are the only reason I come but I always get sick. Emergency bathroom trip within 45 mins of eating here. The people are ok nice, manager always comes over to see how things are going ,which is good but I don't know what's going on in that kitchen.
I did ask for my choice of meal to be cooked medium and it came out medium rare (which I do love, and is usually what I otder) but something about how they cook things always seems to get me sick here.

I love Texas Road House. My favorite appetizer is the friend pickles. I always get the filet medallions either mushroom sauce on it. My man got the 12 oz sirloin. It was all so yummo.
