Love, love, LOVE this place, and I’m vegetarian! My husband always gets some big messy chicken sandwich that he loves. The bourbon maybe? I get the bae minus the bacon and over medium egg. We can’t get enough of the biscuits. I had the pumpkin shake today and it was fantastic. I’m so sad they’re closing all the Utah locations due to ‘an investor issue’. We go every week, my husband multiple times a week. The managers at both Lehi and Murray locations are wonderful. The place is always packed, it will be missed
The atmosphere was so relaxing. Nice and clean. Everyone was so friendly from the moment we walked through the door. Once we finished the staff noticed we were taking some home and very quickly brought us a carry out container without us even asking! Thank you for going above and beyond!

A very nice place to hang out and enjoy some good food and drinks. Lexi was great and the drinks she made me were on point. Sitting at the bar was nice and very enjoyable.
Dietary restrictions: The power bowl was great, better than Zupas in fact.

Killer chicken sandwich. I got the Firebird, and it was the perfect amount of spice without being overwhelming. Food is cooked per order, so it is guaranteed to be fresh. Fries were bomb, and the fry sauce is to die for. The atmosphere is clean, sleek, and bar style setting. Loved this place and will be back to try all other items on the menu.

I was at Fashion Place when I bumped into the Crack Shack under construction out there, so I looked up their website and saw a sandwich that looked amazingGot to the Lehi location, and they were out of the ingredients for the sandwich I wanted, so I got a burger, which was just ok. Probably give that one a 3.A couple of months later, I decided to give it a try again, this time, they did have the sandwich available, so I got that and saw a homemade root beer option. Asked if I could get that in the combo, they said yes (technically not wrong, but I was charged the combo, and also charged for the root beer additional, so, heads up there)Sat down, was told about 2 minutes later they were out of the root beer, which arguably was the only reason I upgraded to a combo, but the bartender who broke the news to me offered to get me something else instead which was more than equivalent, so I'll say it was a good recovery there. The sandwich was 15/10 on flavor, honestly. The price of the excursion (around $20) was definitely more than I could justify as a daily lunch or dinner spot, but works as a "treat yoself" spot.

Where do I start? I guess with the one positive. I ordered a beer while waiting and the supervisor who served me was cool and kept checking on me while I waited.. Okay now the bad (the rest) I spent nearly 40 minutes on a chicken sandwich… and look I used to work in food for years so i try to be patient with these things. The supervisor told me that they had to make everything “from raw” meaning they had already made everything they “prepped” from that morning. I understood it might take longer. But it does NOT take 35 minutes to cook a chicken breast. And the best part was it was STILL RAW when I finally bit into it.That’s not all though. The sandwich itself, within one bite, was legitimately THE most revolting thing I have eaten in probably years. I’m not even that picky. I’ll eat it if it is edible. This wasn’t. First of, despite being raw of course, it was just completely covered in what seemed like a quarter inch thick very spicy rub of some kind. The second I bit into it, all I tasted was spice and the worst part was it was insanely gritty, like when you spill salt or seasoning on something. I spat it out and dissected the sandwich to peel off all the skin which left my hands covered in that nasty gritty whatever it was. By which point I realized it was raw. What was left was a sloppy overly sauced abomination. (By the way I love spice, but as a flavor additive/enhancer. In doses. Not as an overwhelming presence on my dish. I’d rather eat the hottest spice at BWW at least it wouldn’t be gritty) also to be clear, if the sandwich was at least good, I would have just let the wait time go. But since it was genuinely so bad the wait suddenly became much more annoying. Like I waited to just spend $20 on some admittedly good fries and a sandwich that made me gag. I know this review is super harsh, but I think anyone could see why I’m upset. You’d know if you tried my sandwich,Guys… anyone reading this, especially if you’re from Crack Shack, I promise I am not picky. And I hate going “full Karen” like this. But whoever made that sandwich, made me wait and charged me $15 for it should be ashamed. I am going to give the benefit of the doubt and assume that whoever made my sandwich was new or something, because apparently this is the most popular item and I PROMISE you that what I ate tonight would be deemed unacceptable from any human being. 2 stars only because of the nice supervisor and a clean restaurant, otherwise absolutely 1 star.(Ps I’m putting that I dined take out even though I planned to dine in. I wish I had just stayed so I could have immediately told them to refund me. I’m so not happy that this cost me $15 but hey I had to take it to go because it took so long)

I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed with the quality of food, service, and ambience. I was especially surprised with the full bar they offer if you desired a drink considering in Utah county I would think there would be push back on that. I really enjoyed my experience. I will be back.
Vegetarian options: Nope
Kid-friendliness: Yes like any other restaurant.
Parking: Shouldn’t have a problem as it is in a shopping center parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking, entrance, and seating are accessible.

The atmosphere & decor are warm and welcoming...simply delightful! The servers are so very friendly, kind & efficient. The food is FRESH, like for real! The meals are filling and each one I've tried is even tastier than the last. Don't forget about the full bar! 5 stars all across the board. Simply a delightful place to break bread and have fun with friends and family. My new fave 'go to' - Seriously folks!

Regrettably come to update my review, the food is still great along with the service, but the price will nail you. Easily one of the most expensive non sit down places in Utah county. My wife and I spent $40.67 for our 2 sandwiches, sharing fries, and a root beer float (and water cups). Perhaps I’m just a little salty I paid $6 for a small cup of a root beer float.Leader in the chicken sandwich craze, fun environment, awesome sides, and the honeycomb shake is worth the dime. Is a bit pricey so perfect for a date night.

First-time user. It was decent, not great. Over-priced for what you get. There were 7 of us eating, and we all tried something different. The consensus was that all the sandwiches were overloaded with sauce or condiments, so that was all you tasted. I had the Cali Drip... very greasy. I'm not sure what they put on it when they grill it, pretty greasy. The best part was the fries. They were tasty but small portions. The atmosphere was cool.. I liked having a couple t.v's showing games. Don't care for the "tip" request when you order, though. That's annoying. Overall, I doubt I'll be back. There are too many other good options close by.

Was so hungry, forgot to take pictures before we started eating.Service and employees were awesome. The restaurant was clean. Wasn't too busy for a Friday around 12:45 pm.The sauces. BBQ was pretty good. Pineapple mustard was okay. Fry sauce was fry sauce.Coop DeVille was a very good sandwich! Highly recommend.Cali Drip was okay. Didn't realize it was like a panini.Fries were crispy and hot.You can get a substitute side to the fries. The coleslaw was a good choice. The biscuits. I wouldn't recommend them. They tasted like Pillsbury biscuits you buy in a rolled can.I'd like to come back and try other sandwiches.

Loved the food. My husband got the Senor Croque and it was a great balance of savory and sweet which we have found most places can't do and it ends up to sweet. I got The Basic, it was great but I'm not a big mustard person and I didn't realize their CS sauce is mustardy so that was my bad but it was still great. Their fries I think are my new favorite fries, seriously. The seasoning is great and they have a good, sllight crunch. The atmosphere was fun and the bathroom has their one star reviews on the wall. Will definitely go back when I come across one.

I’ve been wanting to go here for a while now, and finally had the opportunity. The atmosphere was great! I love the vibe, and for the most part the customer service was pretty good. The cashier rushed me a little, even though it was dead, but otherwise not bad. I tried the Señor Croque and Cali drip. The Señor Croque wasn’t bad at all, but the chicken looked a little pink..I’ll get to this later. The Cali drip was underwhelming. It tasted like the oil they fried the food in was old. The fries are decent! Anyway, you know how the new fad in Utah is to have the “thickest most juicy almost steroidal” looking chicken on your menu? That’s what they have here. So that pink chicken was probably difficult to cook fully because of its thickness, which later lead to food poisoning. It wasn’t terrible food, but I’d never go back. Oh and for one combo, one sandwich, one draft rootbeer (0 carbonation) it was $43. Super pricey.
