Just don't let your granddaughter spill her drink. The snooty girl who's job it was to mop up the spill (a small drink) seemed really put out to have to do her job. Later, she breezed past our table and, without a word or a look, tossed two drink lids on our table like we were idiots and didn't know about drink lids. Joke's on you, miss fussy britches - her drink had a lid on it when she dropped it.
Maybe hire patient, kid friendly people?
I’ve been going here my whole life. They updated the interior and it’s ugly. They ruined the ambience and now it looks like a McDonald’s. The designer sucks, they should put it all back. I hate it.
Have been going to the tower deli for years with my family, it had a great atmosphere, awesome ice cream bar and not too shabby deals for food. However the prices have been slowly steeping upwards, the ice cream bar got removed, and all the charm and decor got sucked off for a monotone yet flashy restaurant. Not worth it anymore.
I haven’t been here for a few years and it was fun to see a revamped space, clean and fresh. The food was good and it seems like the offered the same kind of menu. I was sad to see the ice cream counter gone and they have very limited deserts which was also sad as they use to have great options. Overall great space for a quick bite!
Jurassic Jungle was very dark and hard to accompany a child. Toddler section was absolutely nothing. Would not recommend. Deli under construction so not a comfortable place to choose.
Pricing on the Google business profile menu needs updated. Currently it says a burger is 3.50 but it really is like 8.50 or more just for the burger. If they update the pricing on the Google business profile I will change to 5 stars
Such amazing food and great staff. Definitely will be returning 😃🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Sorry no pics as it looked so good we just couldn’t wait to devour it 😊 and it didn’t disappoint 🥳
This place used to be the best, been coming regularly for 15 years after visits to the museums. Get Kids meals and then ice cream for all the children was only 1-2 dollars for cones. Was always packed, why close it? No one wants to walk or drive across the parking lot after eating at the cafe and certainly not to pay triple the price per cone! Bring back the ice cream shop and will update this review to 5 stars.
Food is great. Removing a star because there is no allergen information available online or in person.
SO SAD they closed the ice cream shop here when they “moved” to the Ice Age Creamery in the Dinosaur Museum. We loved coming here and came often with our family. We’d often get ice cream after a meal at the Deli or a visit to a Thanksgiving Point venue. The ice age creamery closes an hour earlier (8pm) and they have raised the prices SIGNIFICANTLY. You used to be able to get a soft serve kiddie cone for close to $1 and they included a free topping. Ice Age now charges $2.75 for a soft serve, $3.75 (I think) for a single scoop of other flavors. And toppings are extra. Such a disappointment when we walked in today and realized it was gone. We have loved this place over the years. PLEASE bring it back!

The Reuben was awesome, BLT was really good, and fries were great! Definitely recommend going here.
Not very good for the money.
It's ok but could be better.
I waited 40 minutes for a mediocre philly cheesesteak sandwich. During busy times, they are very slow to cook and deliver the food.
We have been coming here for years and enjoy the service and food. The portions are generous and prices excellent. For desserts we love the Brownie Sundae and all fun daily made treat options on the deli side. I like how they do special desserts for holidays too. On the Deli menu we love the classic Rueben, Smokehouse Burger, and Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich. Salads and soups are also delicious. They season their steak fries, which tastes amazing! Kids menu chicken tenders are good too. On occasion they are really busy so service isn't as stellar, but we try to come before or after rush hours and find we are always please when we do. We also enjoy the Harvest Restaurant and Trellis Cafe, although they are a bit more expensive, but still a bargain comparatively and you can make reservations. We will keep coming as there is so much to experience here at Thanksgiving Point!
